I have been supporting S&H Memphis since Day 1 so I had to come check them out on National Pizza Day! The general manager & staff were super friendly. If you’re a spice girl like me, you can’t go wrong with the Nashville hot chicken ! The Cajun shrimp one is good too. I love all of the custom sauces to dip my pizza in & the slushy hit the spot! 5/5 all around! Make sure you call ahead if you’re in a rush.

Okay, this is the best pizza I’ve had since I moved to Memphis. 10/10. Everything was seasoned, I love that are so many options that you don’t often see at a pizza place. I went with coworkers and there was something for everyone’s dietary preferences. And the sauces that you can drizzle on top… sooooo good! And they have fountain drink options that you won’t really see a lot of places like pineapple and cream soda. So good! We sat down inside to eat, the ambiance was great, loved the decor and restrooms were clean. You can place your order digitally so that was super convient and the service was great!

There was absolutely no Customer service. The young lady who made my pizza had her headphones on the whole time and Didn’t even speak to me. Greet me. Or asked if I needed any assistance.The pizza tasted OK, but if someone would have actually assisted me in ordering my pizza, I would i’ve had a much better experience. The cinnamon roll was quite tasty.

I placed an order online via the slim & husky company website at 4pm on Feb. 22nd with a pick up time of 6pm for a veggie gluten free pizza. At 530pm, while in route to pick up my order I received a call from the manager on duty who informed me that they were out of vegan cheese. Initially we agreed to cancel and refund the order then the manager on duty advise me that they would have the vegan cheese the following morning if I would like to pick up the order on Monday, Feb. 23rd at 1130am. The manager advised me that he wouldn’t be in at that time however he would inform the manager that will be in duty of my order. On Monday Feb. 23rd I arrived to pick up my order at 1125 and was told by the manager on duty that there wasn’t an order ready or being prepared. Stating they didn’t have the products to make the pizza. I drove from shelby dr and Germantown parkway in as a first time customer. Neither managers offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience of my time. The manager that issued the refund was a bit rude about as if I was inconveniencing his morning. My total was $24.14 but he refunded $21.44 back to my debit card. I then ask why only refund $21.44 when the total was in fact $24.14. He then refunded the rest in cash that he placed the counter instead of placing it in my hand. I was looking forward to supportthis black Owned business but after this experience they definitely lost as a customer and I will surely spread the word about my poor experience.

Had the Triple Sauce Mafia wings and the Nashville Hot Chicken pizza and I loved both. Staff was friendly and patient while we took way too much time trying to make up our minds. Will definitely be going back soon!

So glad to find this spot! My friend and I had lunch here, splitting the “husky” sized bbq pineapple pizza and an order of 6 piece wings. It was the perfect lunch and will leave both people full, with pizza to spare. THE FLAVORS!! Both dishes were a 10/10 – the wings were a combo of all their flavors and were big and juicy. The pizza has tons of toppings and everything had a nice kick without being too spicy. My ONLY complaint is that we were eating in and they don’t offer plates or wet naps or anything… weird! A few people were in an out or picking up togo orders but they deserve to be full of people and busy. It seemed a tad pricey – the pizza and wings came to about $32 so before tipping, you are looking at about $16 each for lunch. I liked the original decor too but it’s kinda small inside.

This used to be such a good restaurant with vegan options. I couldn’t stop raving about this place!! But when I placed my Uber eats order today and asked for vegan pepperoni, vegan sausage, and vegan cheese, they sent me no vegan pepperoni, no sausage, and dairy cheese. The receipt they printed out and taped to my pizza box clearly said vegan, vegan, vegan so I know they saw it, they just made whatever they wanted and sent it out to me.
This is a major health and safety violation as there were no phone calls made to inform me anything was out of stock, no notes, and no warnings for a lactose intolerant person to beware of this food that could make them extremely ill. This seems to be a common occurrence when you order food in Memphis, they just throw together whatever. Thank goodness Uber eats wasn’t feeling greedy today and actually gave me a refund.

Since I became a travel nurse in 2020, and when I’m traveling across thru Tennessee or Georgia, I ALWAYS stop at Slim & Husky!! I tried their new wings for the first at Memphis and the triple Mafia sauce was intense. It was sweet and savory with a lot of kick. It was spicier than I would prefer but I’m sensitive to spicy foods. It had my lips burning. I’ll try the Queen Bee sauce next time. The wings were a bit too seasony- it was leaning towards the salty side. They had a good deal: 1 sig pizza with 4 wings for 17.99. I had the PREAM (no subs ) which is my go too. I’m not a fan of pepperoni but there’s is actually good. I added my own sweet BBQ sauce drizzle on top and plop the garlic butter drizzle which I prefer on top when I order it bc it will melt better and soak in that flavor. As you can see the butter was pretty much cream. But the flavors were there. I love it! BEST pizza ever!!! And do NOT skip on the cookie monsta cinnabun -just forget that diet for 1 day .

The other 2 were like “whatever” kind of attitude. But they weren’t rude or whatever but they didn’t lend to a chill friendly atmosphere. I ordered an online takeout order last night, Friday 4/19. My order was a combo for a signature slim and 4 wings. I added cinnamon rolls. The pizza I chose was the Nashville hot chicken.
I get to the restaurant, several workers are there and no one greets me or assist me. I am finally assisted and a male worker states my order has a couple more minutes. That was fine. I understand being busy but it turned into several chaotic minutes along with several others waiting and someone else order was wrong. Red flag.
Then when I received my order no one showed it to me as they did others that received their food but, I took a look at my food. The pizza looked burnt. I mentioned to the male worker ( person handling take out orders ) I was missing banana peppers and jalapeño peppers on my pizza. He said I was only allowed two toppings since I got a combo.
I informed him the combo I selected was for a signature pizza. He stated the same thing again so I said okay and just left because at this point it’s useless and not worth arguing. It is a very small possibility I was wrong BUT if I was wrong why was I allowed to order a Nashville Hot pizza online.
Why wasn’t I allowed to choose my two toppings IF that requirement is true and why wasn’t it listed online when I ordered the combo. My order and receipt clearly show I ordered a signature pizza and I did not receive that. My cinnamon rolls were hard too.
A very bad experience. I drove to the other side of town to get the food and it was not close in taste or quality to what I have had in the past all the way around. It was very frustrating to say the least and a big disappointment especially for the price. See pictures below:
