I went here on Valentine’s Day for lunch with my one year old and my husband. We will definitely be back as we didn’t realize how kid friendly Aroogas has turned into during the day! There is a separate section in the back with games and our children’s menu came with a $5 game card.
Foodwise, they truly have the best fried pickles I’ve ever had. Definitely a must get on their menu. All the food we ordered was delicious which includes a chicken sandwich, chicken tenders and grilled cheese.
Our waitress was very kind and attentive. The bartender even took the time to come over and greet us as well. We felt very welcomed here and will definitely drive out of our way to eat here again!
PS: we sat at a high top and they had high chairs for the high tops which was a plus!

Come on, seriously what is this? This is my Uber eats order for “made to order cookies”……They came cold and hard as if the were in a fridge and BURNT TO HELL. My first and last time buying anything from here. Sheesh not one edible cookie, you guys are messed up trying to get this over.

I was with my cousin looking for a good place to watch the Met game and we ended up at Arooga’s. The place was huge and had countless TV’s. We ordered a few apps including the Buffalo pretzel, some Reuben eggrolls and some bacon cheese burger sliders. We enjoyed all of the apps but my favorite were the eggrolls, perfectly crispy and served with delicious horseradish dipping sauce. I then ordered a cheesesteak based on a recommendation from our waitress. Ordered it wit onions and wiz served on perfectly soft bread and crispy fries. I’m a sucker for peanut butter so ordered the Reeces peanut butter cup pie. Washed all of that down with a variety of cocktails including a bourbon mule, a spicy margarita and an old fashion. This spot checked all the boxes for what we were looking for. There’s also a whole game room in the back. Can’t wait to bring the kids next time!!!!!

Me sister and I came here after a funeral not feeling our best but out server Dora was great so sweet, fast, and constantly checking on us making us feel very well taken care of and switching our moods around. We will definitely be back because of her! Thank you Dora for your exceptional service! I also want to add they added a ton of new options to the menu and I absolutely love such a great go to spot.

I ordered take out,so i cant really speak to all aspects of the restaurant. But HOLY MOLY this giant pretzel was incredible! Fresh made, warm, buttery, great beer cheese, I’m not a mustard person so I skipped that. Kiddos loved the tater tots as well! Will have to stop by with the whole crew soon!

Seemed to be one of the few bars open on a Monday night. Wasn’t busy but had a good atmosphere, table service was excellent. Food was good and they did a great old fashioned!

The main dishes were really good. However, everybody’s meal came out at a different time. 3/4 of us got fries as the side and there was not a single crispy fry amongst us.

We came for Tuesday night trivia and Michelle is what you wish for every server to be. She was just a blast. We love her and we will be weekly Tuesday nighters now.
