It was the middle of the night and I suddenly was overcame with a bout of hunger. There aren’t too many places 24/7 in Northwestern Indiana, but fortunately White Castle in Schererville is! I always temper my expectations with fast food, as it’s meant to be cheap and quick. This is probably one of the best White Castles I’ve ever been to! The inside was very clean with plenty of seating. My sliders were moist, tender, and the buns were pillowy soft. Onion rings crispy and crunchy!

All this AI is ridiculous. Tried to use it for our order at drive thru and there’s a new holiday drink and the stupid ai couldn’t figure out what I wanted. Comparing this white castle to others I have visited, this one is the cleanest and friendliest. The inside has a total makeover. It is bright and friendly. The booths have been replaced with tables, some of them are the high ones. They serve Coca-Cola products with a new style machine where you get to select The base and the flavor additive. The machine is very clean. Service was very friendly and efficient. It was enjoyable to sit and watch the traffic go by as we ate. There is also a TV that was playing a Jumanji movie. A good place for kids or teens also

Hadn’t had white castle in probably fifteen years.This was the worst service wife had a gift card.When did twenty five minutes in the drive through the burgers or cold?And soggy fries were cold very disappointed.Obviously by the time you get your food you don’t feel like going back in and waiting on another 20 minutes. As your famished, ready-to-eat, but what do you expect the White Castle?

I arrived in a black audi at roughly 8:40am. I left my house early to get breakfast. I ordered with the AI and it could not understand me and took 3 times as long as it should.
I then pulled up to the window and no worker came to take my money, nothing. I sat and waited for 7-8 minutes and 3 people inside got their orders taken and one of which got their food and no one even so much as looked at my car. It seems my order was never accepted or communicated to the staff inside.
I drove off not having spoken to a single staff member, did not get my food, and did not get breakfast today.
I strongly advise AGAINST going to his location

The food was good. The attitude of the woman taking my money was poor. Big time attitude. Never said hello or TY. The guy bringing out my order was very nice. If you can’t smile and say TY get another job not in public service.

I’m not sure who the two young ladies working were, however Marisol was very rude and treated me like an inconvenience. I was picking up a doordash order. They were out of Hi-C. I heard her tell a coworker they were out, one drink on my customer’s order was Hi-C. Instead of asking me for a substitution she just filled two sprites. I said “excuse me, one of these is-“ and before I got through my sentence she interrupts with a flat “WE’RE OUT.” I said “I understand that but I still need to inform the customer for a substitute.” She ignored me after that. Again I didn’t get the other employees’ names but they were very kind and helpful. One of them got me the correct substitute after I got a response from the customer and even let me keep the second sprite.
I’d also like to add that they had called for Marisol at least twice while I waited for the order as they were drowning in work. In store orders, multiple drive thru orders, plus my doordash. Those two ladies were moving and working quite hard.
