Service is excellent and the food is just as good. I live in waffle house-less Idaho and pine over it while I’m there. Every now and then I get to go back to Colorado to see family and Waffle House is a must each time. My whole family loves it. And, although the prices have increased it’s still the best cheap restaurant to eat at. The cheesesteak omelet is ridiculously good. The grits that sit for hours on low heat are the perfect base to create to a sweet or savory side (butter and sugar, or try adding some sausage in). The hashbrowns are the perfect mix of crispy outside and soft inside, and being able to add in toppings. The people are always friendly.

Good food and fair prices. I grew up in Atlanta as a Waffle House Kid, so I love WH! This one can be hit or miss, but it’s typically 3-4 stars and sometimes, depending on the cook, it could reach 5 stars. Comfort food…and while it’s not as good as WH in the south, specifically in ATL, it is still a solid choice!

We stopped by after the First Friday concert in Festival Park (so, maybe 9:45pm-ish). The cook promptly greeted us and took our drink order while the waitress tended to another table. Our chocolate chips and pecan waffles were prepared quickly and delivered to us hot and tasty. And surprisingly, the decaf coffee was really good.

They made my food wrong, lied about it, and then charged me for it. I know that it’s a Waffle House what are you kidding me? Also, the floors and all of the tables were filthy. I almost walked out the minute. I walked in, but I gave him a chance probably shouldn’t have. There’s a clean Waffle House with employees that know what they’re doing in good food just up the road in Parker go to that one and skip this one.

This was only my second time ever going to a waffle House. My expectations weren’t that high. But this place is awesome. The service was great. Everyone we spoke to was very kind. The food was excellent. Everything we tried was delicious. And the price was very affordable and reasonable. We will definitely be making this a regular breakfast stop

Food was nice and hot. Customer service was great! We were greeted warmly and different wait staff checked in on us with coffee refills often.
Tables were cleaned well. Floor needs better moping as it felt tacky under the shoes.

Always a great experience at Waffle House! The staff at the Castle Rock location were quick, attentive, professional, and really made us feel at home after a long day’s drive from Texas. Ordered the All-Star breakfast with blueberries in my waffle, and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be back to this location!

How can you be the WAFFLE HOUSE and not have the option of ordering waffles? Such a disappointment, do better. The service was good, the employees apologized, but didn’t make up for the lack of waffle options!
