Great team work! I came in to the indoor area to order. The person that was behind the register stepped back to take care of something really quickly. The other employees noticed I was waiting patiently and worked together to have my order taken by probably the manager or such. They didn’t make me feel like I was an issue for being there to order at that time. They handled everything really professionally, and I think the manager person did a quick run through of what to do in similar situations. Great overall work together that helps build good customer service. Thanks!

Do NOT go inside!!!! Waited for food for over 25 minutes for just a 4 piece nugget and medium fry! Drive thru didn’t have to wait long. First they said they were waiting on fries, but I watched the fries come up and sit. Then they said it was because the food inspector was present, then they said it was the chicken nuggets. The only saving grace was as least the food was warm when I got it. Next time I want to eat inside, I know I must go somewhere else.

Is no wonder that corporate is closing stores they can’t get the orders right for people and people get fed up. There’s nothing more disappointing than rushing down on your lunch hour. To grab something only to bring it back.And find out your order was wrong. I specifically ordered a Diet Coke and the person repeated it back to me. Diet Coke, but yet, when I get it home, I find that it’s a regular Coke.

You all really left me standing at the register with no help while every single person on shift looked at me and continued doing what they were doing even if it was nothing they were doing. I’ve never been to a place and been completely ignored before. Ten minutes of my life I won’t get back and wasn’t even able to order food because you all never came up. Atleast 10 of you guys working too, yall should be ashamed to work in customer service. walked 20 minutes to this place for absolutely nothing.

I ran here for my lunch break earlier today & they forgot my baconator fries. I came back after work to see if they could still give them to me and the issue was resolved no problem. Not to mention- they LOADED these fries UPPPP for me!!! Extremely happy about this resolution.

If you aren’t fast enough to hand the drive thru out the window, it’s not my problem to drive around and wait for the food. I get you just want meet corporate standards with your drive thru times, but that just means you need to be faster!!!! I don’t want to “wait by the windows” I want my food at the window!!! I don’t understand how corporate is allowing this terrible service.

Ugh cashier’s pissed me off my bill was $12.98 I gave the drive up person $22.98. how much change should I get back? He tries to give the extra change back. Ugh then he got the manager trying to figure out my change. We drove off and manager yelled something at us. Learn how to count lol lol

This is a great Wendy’s to eat at. Fresh food and friendly staff. It’s also nice being able to finally eat inside a Wendy’s again since some of them still have drive-thru service only. Lots of different drinks to pick from with the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine (always one of my favorite things about Wendy’s). Would definitely come back again!

I come to this location all the time and always receive wonderful service. I order through the app and today for some reason it was put through to a different location I spoke with the manager Jamie and she helped me figure out the issue and helped me with quick and prompt professional service this is why I choose this location their customer service is the best out of any restaurant or fast food service I’ve ever used

I went through the drive through for lunch and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I took it back to work and started to scarf it down before heading back to work. Noticed the texture was off and peeled back the breading to find a raw chicken patty. I called the location and they offered me to come in and have it remade… no thank you. This is complete neglect and could get so many people sick. Here is to hoping I do not end up sick.
