Young lady who helped me was awesome :). But Brian absolutely needs more training. I had to go back to this location twice and the order still was not prepared correctly. After an initial customer complaint you would think efforts would be made to correct mistake on second chance. But, nope, not Brian. I ended up asking for a refund because by me having to go back again and the burger looking exactly the same as the first one I took back, it was comical. Yes, I’m partially to blame for not checking again.

Just came through for dinner and everything was so hot and fresh, all of my sauces were provided, as well as napkins, and such friendly staff Joanna was the sweetest, pulled us forward and had our food out in a timely manner.

They will scam you. I placed an order on the app and went to the drive through to pick it up. They tell me their system is down but “no worries“ I won’t be charged. I was charged…for NOTHING! A week later I am still trying to get my money put back in my account, with no success. I live 9 hours away and they say I have to go to the store to get reimbursed! Don’t try to use your app at this location! In fact, maybe just don’t go there at all!!!
And don’t waste your time with contacting corporate! They will make promises to fix the situation, promise to get right back to you and then just blow you off!

I no longer go to this location but genuinely just wanted to hate on this McDonalds. My orders were almost ALWAYS wrong ontop of the fact I have to wait 30+ minutes just to have to correct them. One time I waited 45 minutes just to receive the wrong order so I could wait 20 more for them to “make it”.
The deal breaker for me was being thirsty and thinking “hey I’ll just get a gallon of sweet tea! They cant possibly mess that up.”… and they did, it literally tasted like coffee since I guess WASHING THE COFFE OUT before making the tea is too hard. I’m not even making it up when I say in some way shape or form this location has messed up any and every task possible frequently.
I have personally worked with food myself and got to say as a non professional cook it takes genuine effort to do this bad, and I whole heartedly doubt this location would survive anywhere outside of any smaller town like Elberton.

I wasn’t planning to go to McDs. I ordered and pulled around. I was greeted at the pick up window, but not with my order. I did receive my drink. I pulled into the parking spot as instructed to wait for rest of my order. I opened my straw and looked at my underfilled cup and noticed a floaty. Fished out what appears to be a piece of a toothpick. A sliver of wood. Just floating there. Great! Now completely grossed out. I didn’t get my actual receipt when I paid. Stopped by while traveling on 12/14/25. Food was fresh and hot. One young lady helped me and she had a beautiful smile and wonderful attitude. Restaurant and women’s restrooms were clean. While getting back on the road, we noted the bouquets of flowers in front of the restaurant. Naturally, I looked it up and found a young man, an employee, had been murdered inside the restaurant on Tuesday. My heart aches for everyone involved. Please pray for the family, friends and co-workers going through such a difficult time. The young man was only 17.

Food was average fast food breakfast. Wasn’t great but not horrible like I have experienced occasionally. The wait after doing online order was a little long in my opinion. Worse issue for me was after waiting a while they came out to inform me that some of my order wasn’t going to be served currently….after already waited a bit it was back to waiting for food I settled on to substitute items… So yeah it seems to always be confusion and a bit of chaos pretty regularly.

This McDonalds is by far one of the worst I’ve ever been to. The employees on the morning of 1/27/26 were very rude and didn’t seem to care. It was incredibly slow, food was cold, greasy and biscuit was dry and hard. The lobby was clean.
