This was my first time visiting Jersey Mike’s, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. After placing my initial order, I realized I had forgotten to add a kids’ sub. I went directly to the register to pay for it, not realizing I needed to go back through the deli line. As a first-time customer, I simply didn’t know the process.
The employee behind the counter was noticeably rude about it, which made the situation uncomfortable. She had clearly heard my order and could have explained the process in a kinder way.
I understand procedures are important, but customer service — especially for new customers — makes all the difference.

Kensi is absolutely the best. My first time being here and first time in the state and she went above and beyond her call as an employee. She made sure my order was correct, she was absolutely amazing at customer service. She was very nice, polite, and informative. Iwish I could bring her to Georgia restaurant and show them that this is what exceptional customer service is. If I was a hiring manager I’d hire her and she be my top paid employee.
