Awesome margaritas – love the passionfruit one, friendly and accommodating employees, and delicious enchiladas. Highly recommend if you’re in the Newmarket area! We were also able to get squeezed in without a reservation on a Saturday night since it was quite large.

Baby friendly! Everything was to spicy for him but the server (male with glasses & tāmoko/kirituhi) offered to give him some beans and a soft tortilla.
The service was absolutely amazing! The food came quick and came hot. I got the enchiladas de carne con queso and it was creamy, delicious and not to spicy.
I came here while I was pregnant with my baby for my last meal with him in my tummy before I was induced so it was lovely to bring him here 9 months later
Will definitely be back!

The food was delicious! I got vegan tacos dorados, and the server was so nice and cheerful. She even checked that the honey in ny dressing was local, which is a very specific request, I know. And she was so kind about it. The salsa spiciness level was just right, not extremely spicy. The chef is Mexican, which is a total win! You can be sure you’ll be getting 100% authentic Mexican cousin. The drink menu is very extended, and I’m looking forward to going back and trying more plates/drinks!
The atmosphere is absolutely stunning and full of photos of Mexican figures, especially Frida Kahlo. I even got to know the story behind the doll decorations on the ceiling by chatting with the waitress! Being from latinoamerica, the atmosphere and layout of this place was like stepping back home for a moment. This restaurant is a true ode to Mexico. I would definitely recommend it, and I will take some friends to try it out, too!

First time here and we loved it! The staff were super cool and the food was amazing. We tried mole sauce on a savoury dish for the first time,surprised us — so tasty!
The chilli lemonade (we got level 5 spice) was hot in a good way — warm, flavourful, and perfect for the cold weather.
The decor inside is stunning very detailed — felt like we were actually in Mexico. If you’re up for something different and authentic, this place is a must-try!
And their food is not very spicy it’s moderately mild, we will return to try cactus tacos !!

Very instagrammable joint and live the vibes. Service was 5star excellent. We didn’t even say anything about celebrating a birthday. The service staff just overheard our conversation and offered the birthday boy a treat! That was not even necessary and we appreciate that very much. So thoughtful. Needless to say, food was super awesome !!!
