Not impressed… Maybe I need to go to the restaurant to understand the great reviews because I got my Chili’s introduction via delivery and the most impressive things were the containers and bag the food came in. I have to say that my roommate didn’t complain about the ribs at all.
Delivery wasn’t long but the croutons were soggy (good salad), wings tasted good but looked like some were stabbed before frying and you could break a window if you throw the rice hard enough.. It’s also named incorrectly.
I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say maybe it was a bad night and amend the review if I ever physically go there.

It was a very somber day for a party of 20. Just laid the Matriarch of the family to rest. The staff did a spectacular job throughout our visit. The waitress herself catered to our every want and need. Went out of her way several times to get the job done and with perfection.

One of The only places open after 10pm in that city. The food was good, the drinks were good. Nice atmosphere. Lighting was a little bright over the table. Our server Joseph was exceptional! Very attentive and professional. The manager could take a few tips from him. He walked passed our table and asked if all was good without even stopping to engage with us. We don’t bite, stop and chat.
You pay with the table top kiosk. You don’t get a paper receipt. You only have the options of receiving one either via email or text.
Overall, it was a good experience and we were satisfied with the food.

Located in a shopping plaza. Decent service. Nice size portion and good was tasty. The brownie dessert needed more ice-cream as it was rich and a bit dry. I would have given 5 stars but I had to ask my waiter several times for water. That would not had been a problem had it been busy but it was not.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience.We waited by the host stand to be seated over 5 minutes while multiple employees walked by us without acknowledgement( there were 4 tables in the restaurant at the time and not one person at the bar) .Just about when we decided to just leave a person who was standing by the bar talking to the bartender the entire time turn around and walked over( we later found out it was the manager ♀️).Once we were set it took the server a good amount of time to stop by ( which she did via leaning over a 4.5 ft separating wall not even table side). The appetizer was cold and extremely oily and we had to ask a person walking by for plates and napkins as we had nothing to eat on , our entrees were unfortunately way undercooked and barely warm ( we left them very much unfinished.)..to top it off both my husband and I started feeling sick within about an hour of dining . Little suggestion- server should ALWAYS mention an upcharge/ additional charge when attempting to”incognito “upsell / raise the check average. Appetizer plates silverware and napkins should get dropped off by the server right after the order was placed.I understand that Chillis is not fine dining but there is a difference between “laid back” and simply unprofessional.

Always a great time. We had Ben as our waiter. Extremely friendly & our meals & drinks were made to perfection! Always great service, which is why I like to leave good reviews. Some people shouldn’t work with the public but this chilis is always on point! Baby back ribs…

each time i order a triple dipper for pickup, and i have mozzarella sticks, they never give me a cup of marinara sauce and on the app u can’t add it on ur side at all.. im not sure why, cuz i dont want 3 cups of ranch i want at least one to be marinara sauce for the mozzarella maybe i have to call ahead and make sure i get my cup?
