This Chipotle USED to be great! I always came here and food/service was wonderful! For the past year I keep giving this specific location “one more chance” Tonight was my final draw! I ordered 2 large sides of guacamole to-go for a Halloween party. By the time I got back to the house (10 mins away) took the guac out of the bag…SMH.. I KNOW avocados oxidize. This guacamole looked like the avocados were over a week old or every single one was bad in the batch they made..or the batch was over a week old. I HATE to leave negative reviews as I used to be in customer service for over 20 years. But like I said..this past year everytime I have ate at this location the food quality has been so poor and DEF NOT A NORMAL Chipotle experience! This was the straw that broke the camels back. They need new management and employees that care in this location so the quality of food can be back to a 5 star review. Even being an employee there is NO WAY I WOULD EVER SERVE this poor quality food to paying customers..Not even my dog!

I was very disappointed at this Chipotle. I hadn’t been here in a long time. The employees were not overly friendly- though that doesn’t usually bother me, but it was obvious that they’d rather be chit-chatting about shows they are watching than actually serving up your food. The food was awful. I usually love Chipotle but the guacamole was not fresh, the portion of chicken was small, I had more guacamole and sour cream and queso on my salad than I had anything else. It was very salty! I will not be returning to this location. I wish I had seen all the reviews before I went. I just assumed Chipotle wouldn’t maintain their integrity across all their restaurants.

I don’t think there’s a worse modern brand. This location especially is one of the worst in the country. On multiple occasions I’ve gone in 1.5+ hours before closing and have been staring at ingredients and the employees with blatantly look at you and say “we’re out of ___” as you’re staring at it. Then when you push back they’ll tell you it’s for “online orders online”. Im done trying with this garbage brand. Over the years the quality has gotten worse while also the service has gotten 100xs worse. Don’t waste your time or money with this slop

I never imagined people could be so bad at their job until now. I order 3 times a week from this location and my last order was so bad I took a break for a couple weeks. I come back and now I have a burrito made for a Polly pocket. These people are the perfect example of why minimum wage shouldn’t be raised, because they are completely incompetent. My 5 year old son would have done better.

came in at 10:30, as soon as i walked in i received dirty looks from every single worker. i stood at the order line for five minutes while they all walked past me and tried to ignore me. then finally a young female walked over to me rolled her eyes and i asked if she had steak she said no. i said okay never mind then and as soon as i stepped out of the building they locked the doors when they close at 11. i will never come back. worst service ever completely unprofessional.

Went to this chipotle at 8PM and they were already closing the restaurant , it almost looked like it wasn’t open at all. We went in and the lady behind the counter wasn’t very friendly and didn’t give us all the sides that come with the chipotle kids quesadilla. AND the quesadilla wasn’t even cooked all the way (it was literally just cheese). The drinks were already being emptied from the containers and I couldn’t even get sweet tea (which I wanted) bc it was emptying. It felt like they didn’t even want us to be there ordering even though the store sign and the website both said they close at 11pm. It was just ridiculous to me that they were already closing everything down 3 hours earlier and being rude at the same time.

This not the first time. The rice isn’t fully cooked. The little piece you see in the picture I thought my tooth came out it was soooo hard. Need to cook the rice a little bit longer. Just about every bite am chewing on slightly hard rice. The chicken is a bit spicy you really can’t enjoy the flavors on the chicken.
