Photos are self explanatory. Clearly a lot wrong with this store and the people working there. These are supposed to be bean burritos. Also got the three taco Dorito box and there was barley any meat or cheese.

This was literally the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. I never thought you had to look at the reviews on Google for a Taco Bell but I really wish I would have. Consistent with everyone else’s reviews, this was the most embarrassing cheesy gordita crunch I’ve ever seen. The inner shell was completely crushed and the cheese wasn’t even melted to the outer tortilla (see photos). The hard shell beef taco (that we did not order) had a tablespoon of beef in it. Unbelievable. We also ordered a crispy chicken taco and the kid told us “We don’t got those no more.” GO TO ARVADA INSTEAD.

There’s so little meat and cheese inside that I can’t eat it. There was only one sauce packet given total for 2 people when we asked for a few different kinds. My friends breakfast burrito was the same way. Very very disappointing. What made it worse was the employees attitude when they misunderstood how many drinks I ordered. Not coming to this location again

My girlfriend and I have been coming to this taco bell since we both started working late nights. so far, we’ve had great experiences, up until last night (1-20-2026), at around midnight-12:15AM, my girlfriend and I went through the drive through and ordered our meals.

This place is absolutely disgusting! My family ordered a $75 order and every single taco was gross. They were wet and soggy like how? Why? When I called to get a refund, they agreed and told me to come in as long as I didn’t post a bad review. We go in, then they only refund me $25. Said supervisor didn’t approve. We originally paid in cash but they insisted we get our refund on a card due to not wanting to be short on register. The manager doesn’t even know English had one of his employees translate. It was a horrible experience and I’ll make sure none of the people I know go to this nasty place!

I went to get a crunch wrap supreme. Not only did they call out the wrong food but it looked a total mess. The store wasn’t even busy. I was the only one in there and the girl working the counter was more focused on chewing her gum than taking my order. Will definitely be going to wendys across the street from now on.

This place is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The Manager and her employee were being very rude to an elderly man in the drive-through the employee was making fun of the guy and being very rude to him! while the manager skinny Mexican girl long hair had on blue jeans was just Standing there laughing. This store should be ashamed of themselves of who they make their managers. I’ll be going back to get this manager‘s name because she was so disrespectful. very immature and not very business like somebody needs to teach her some manners.

I wish I had taken pictures before, but I just wanted to make sure I put something out there. It’s been a while since I’ve been to my local location since I’m usually all over for work, and that’s when I get it.
My expectations aren’t high for fast food, and I love Taco Bell occasionally, but my $30 order was so sloppy. The crunch wrap was so soggy and soupy inside. My outer layer of the gordita crunch was somehow only halfway on the hard shell, and it was stale. The chicken quesadilla was warm in the outside but cold inside. Same with the cheesy roll-up, you could see the individual strings of cheese. It was all just so lazy. My family tried eating it, heating it, but it wasn’t edible. I got mad and threw it out.
I’ve had occasionally bad experiences here before, so this is the last time. I don’t get how people can do such a bad job.
