The food here is fabulously made fresh with a serious taste of chicken cordon blue. This gets lost in the fact that the employees don’t get along. You got a work together!

Sandwich was so small. Ordered smokehouse brisket sandwich and there is barely any meat/toppings. The Buffalo chicken slider was thicker than this. Service was also terrible. Took 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and fries. Would not recommend going to this Arby’s.

Food was good. Restaurant was clean. My only issue is that the staff was talking loudly about customers and we could hear it all. They ask you if you want to round up for free curly fries(voucher). Doesn’t matter if it’s a penny or 99 cents. The worker was telling the other worker “we should only ask the customer If they want to round up if their total ends in 50 cents or less. That way they are pretty much paying regular price for the fries they think they are getting for free.” WOW. Really? I wasn’t aware that the free fry vouchers came out of your paycheck! How rude! We were the only people in the restaurant and we sat around the corner out of sight. But could hear them discuss customers the entire time. A guy pulled up to the drive through and backed up for some reason… and the girl that worked there said “I HATE when customers do that.” LOL. Wow. I don’t know the entire context of what she was talking about. But how about you just keep customer criticism out of your mouth please?

perfect quality, amazing service. Everything in my order was perfectly cooked and prepared. I’m a big fan of Arby’s mozzarella sticks and this location’s is the best I’ve ever had.
The guy running the drive through (didn’t catch his name, but he was on the taller side with a shaved head) provided the literal best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a drive through. super friendly and welcoming, made sure I had all the condiments I needed. Genuinely awesome guy.

Upon entering the establishment – the floors and tables were dirty – floors looked like they haven’t been swept in a few days – there was no heat in the restroom as it was icy cold in there – the faucet was unusable since it was not bolted in place – the ceiling panels in the men’s room were open exposing the pipes inside – had to wet napkins from other bathroom to clean my table and bench before sitting down – the temperature of my meal was unsatisfactory and the only part of that was hot were the fresh curly fries which I asked for – will NOT be coming back to this establishment – they have lost my business – top of the food chain as the sign says – not even close to the top – more like the basement

To start the shift manager wasn’t aware if the store had pickles. We received horrible food. The fries must had been sitting for a couple hours. They were well done and yet soggy. All of our items weren’t in the bag. The bathroom was dirty. The bacon Swiss sandwich I got was made with two chicken breasts because one wasn’t big enough to make the sandwich, both should have been thrown away as they were not fit for human consumption. Whether the food is right or not, they are slinging it out the door to cut down on waste costs. Would not recommend eating here.

I ordered cheese sticks with my meal. Order extra sauce. Made sure I was charged for the extra sauce but didn’t put in the cheese sticks. So now I paid for a extra sauce and have two sauces but nothing to eat with them. When I called he was just like well I didn’t charge you for them so oh well.

I’ve been coming to this location for well over 15 years. The service I had tonight was so incredible I felt compelled to leave a review. The kind folks on staff tonight (06/05/25 @6:30pm) were without a doubt the nicest experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant and the cleanest! the kindness of the staff left me and my husband saying we’re going to be frequenting Arby’s a lot more after this encounter!
