This is our 2nd time visiting the Works Burger in Burlington.
However, my wife can not make up her mind due to various burger selections in the menu.
Our server Nancy introduced us patiently and gave us some recommendations in a professional and warm manner.
She is nice, friendly and enthusiastic, making us enjoy a great dinner experience although it’s very snowy outside at the main street!

Fantastic burgers, plenty of choices with numerous topic choices on top of their standard cuts. Highly recommend for those that enjoy a great gourmet burger – comes with a choice of sides (some extra cost), your choice of bun, and condiments. Prices are relatively good, but have increased over the years.

Pretty damn good food, but my server today was an 11/10. Answered all questions about ingredients for dietary concerns. Courteous, cheerful, and not afraid to hold a small chat. Will find an excuse to come back here, sooner than later.

The Works has an amazing selection of toppings combos for burgers, it definitely is one of the better burger chains around. The portions are generous with bottomless fries and the menu is very decently priced. Service was attentive and friendly. The restaurant is set up kind of tight, with tables very close together and its really poorly lit with the only light coming in from outside through the patio. Would definitely visit again.

We had a great meal here. The onion ring appetizer which was amazing. The drinks came out in measuring glasses which was very unique and fun. The staff were very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to eat!!

The Works has got to be one of my favorite burger places period. You get a wide variety of topping choices and there are alot of unique burgers here. I’ve never been disappointed by the works so far. Also, the bottomless fries is also a win! They basically only have burgers here, so if you are looking for a wide variety of main dishes this isn’t the place. They do have vegetarian burger options and gluten free options if I’m not mistaken.
