I would give them zero stars if I could. We are on a 13 hour drive and stopped to switch drivers, use the bathroom and grab a bite. We took turns using the restrooms first because our baby is asleep. Bathrooms were not clean at all. My 11 yr old son needed to go and while my husband was in there, I WATCHED the manager stare us down and come and lock the doors. It is 5:30pm. My husband walked out, I told him he locked the doors and he checked, sure enough locked. Next customer pulls up they are locked. I went through the drive thru to tell them I am fully aware what the manager did. His name is Dennis. Worst place ever. My son can barely hold it and we went to McDonalds.

Stopped here while traveling. It was a Sunday afternoon, so most folks were either in church or watching a game. The food took a few minutes because it was made fresh to order. The food was fantastic! The staff was friendly, too! If this store was local, we’d be regulars.

Generally has good food. Sometimes they get things wrong like most fast food places. Hardee’s is definitely usually worth spending your money there. I miss their fried chicken, used to be so good.

Closes at 7pm. Arrived at 6:45, doors locked, won’t answer drive through, won’t answer phone. Employee standing at the counter. Once he saw that I saw him he disappeared. If you don’t want to be open until 7 then the hours should be changed to reflect that.

We arrived at 1:52 pm today to Hardee’s #1501334 on 10/1/2025, to get a late lunch. We ordered two #1 combos, total price $21.78. Big guy at the counter took our order, then said he had to run our card at the drive thru. The credit card machine was “broken”. From the other reviews on this site, it had been broken for over 4 months! Plus, supposedly there was a recent “update” to this Ozark location. ??? So, why do people have to get their card taken at the back register for all this time? Management needs to get going on this, and replace the machine, good grief!
Our order #21865621891270 was brought to us in good time. However, it was the worst hamburgers we have ever had! There was so much ketchup smeared on one bun that everything was sliding apart; the bun seemed old and crumbled all on the top, but the worst thing was that the meat patties were COLD. Left to sit in a pan, no doubt, left to make someone sick! How can Hardee’s allow all of the complaints go on from customers without doing some training on these people? There was a girl on her cellphone near the end of the food preparing area. I think she was the one who made our food, but the worry about that is she’s handling her nasty IPhone, then people’s food.
The second bad thing is the whole beverage area needs a good, hard cleaning and sanitizing. The bins are spotty, the stainless steel counter had water in the back area, and it all looked generally unclean. The employees just stand around and talk, then two left, a few minutes apart, and two sat down eating food and talking about other employees in a derogatory way. Watch your video back to find out who they were. A woman and the big guy who said he was just part time to her, while she is saying the name of another woman employee in not nice ways, while stating she herself works her A** off. Real BAD to hear all of this while trying to eat a cold sloppy, awful tasting hamburger. The fries were fresh and tasted good, and that was the ONLY thing good about our experience there! That was SO unprofessional of them all, but honestly, you can tell they don’t care at all about customers hearing or seeing what they do.They could have been cleaning the beverage stand, or restocking something, or checking the restrooms. We didn’t go in there after seeing how they all were acting and seeing the dirty beverage areas.
Mainly, we did not ask for replacements of our burgers because we knew they would take an attitude about having to cook fresh meat patties and redoing our burgers. You could tell they all had certain attitudes, as it was. The big guy hands my husband a handful of ketchup packets that were dirty with sticky residue on the outsides. Perhaps some packets had burst, but weren’t cleaned or replaced. Another nasty that needs fixing! The way they all acted and talked, I would be afraid we’d find something disgusting in any replacement burgers. It is a SHAME that the people in these fast food places think all they have to do is collect a salary, not getting it that THE CUSTOMER ULTIMATELY IS THE ONE PAYING THEIR SALARIES! I know this from having over ten years food service experience.
This place needs a CORPORATE CLEANING OF STAFF, ATMOSPHERE AND FOOD BEFORE IT CLOSES UP IN THIS TOWN, TOO!
So please, don’t send me your cookie cutter response to give you more info. I have given you all info pertaining to this experience. If you really cared about customers, service, and food quality, you’d have a decent manager answering all these complaints on this site themselves. I fear this restaurant will go out of business from all the loss due to the current “standards”. Just make it a breakfast place. At least you have your biscuit sales!

We tried to go through the drive through today at 4:30 the lady kept yelling, “WHAT?!” When I tried to place my order, so I spoke louder and louder because I thought she couldn’t hear me. She then popped off at me with an attitude saying I didn’t need to yell that her head set was going in and out. We just went some where else. Goldfingers was as pleasant as always.

Worst food I’ve ever tasted. I ordered a 5-piece chicken tender, only received 3 pieces the size of my pinky, burnt, and hard!! The lobby closes at 5pm. Just shut the entire facility down.waste of $40.

I was at the drive thru when the person taking the order was very short rude with a huge chip on her shoulders, took it out on me, I got up to the window and I spoke to the manager about this issue, I got oh well!! Ok so I just told her to cancel my order, I seen where the corporate payed to have a few updates done there at this particular location, as I drove away I thought well say they spent 5000.00 buck to update this place, yet the employees nor management cares about the customer..wow what a shame to have an attitude problem (with what ever it was,) and take it out on the customer, just how many customers were lost because of this issue? So I thought I’d put it out in the open, just maybe the corporate office will train the managers better, as they are in charge of the employees! But there again they ( the corporate) probably won’t give 10cent about this issue.but I do and I will not return!! Good luck to those that do return

I came through the drive through around 5:45 Friday morning wanting to order breakfast. I sat at the window for a very long time
,unfortunately no one ever came on to take my order, so I left and went across the street to McDonald’s. While crossing the highway I looked back to see the employee leaning against the building and smoking a cigarette. smh

This Hardee’s was completely chaotic and the worst one we’ve been to in a while. While they had plenty of workers present (7), no one other than the 1 cashier seemed to be on task. We waited 15-20 mins to order, our fault for staying, then an additional 30 just to get 2 chicken biscuits ( not even combos). To have gotten our money back would have been just as long since they still had about 7 in line still trying to order.
The only reason we got our food at 30 mins was the cashier noticed us still waiting. A family of 4 got their big meal trays before us and they ordered about 3 after us… She then asked if we were still waiting and what we ordered. Very disappointed to say the least. The biscuits were good, everything else lacking. So much more we noticed in back while waiting but I won’t go there at least they showed up to work.
