We had a good experience at the restaurant, our waitress was nice but didn’t check on us a lot. Food was great and that’s the first time we’d been there. The guy I was with was in a wheelchair and they got us a good table. I will be back next time we are in FOCO or Loveland.

Hooters was awesome as always! The food was tasty and the vibe was fantastic. Kensington took care of us. She was super friendly and had such a great personality. Big thanks to her and the whole crew for making us feel so welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back often. Highly recommend this location.

Really very disappointed. We used to frequently go to Hooters. It had been awhile on account that the last time we were there, they messed up our very large family order. Going back in this evening we figured maybe things would be different. Unfortunately, they messed up on our sliders and when we flagged the waitress down to show her, even she agreed that it was plain- no seasonings or sauce. Now, as a regular there, keep in mind that I would I know the difference. They did t take it off of our bill- took no accountability or even came to look at them. Just told our waitress to deduct 2.00 from our bill as a “customer complaint” this is not how I remember our local Hooters at all. I’m deeply saddened. I brought my son’s here, and their friends over the years and now as adults still come, but after this, and how we were treated and blown off, I will be giving this much thought before we come back. Other than the manager blowing us off and saying that the chicken absorbed the seasoning and sauce- our waitress was wonderful. Try to do better Management, this was a harsh hit for a local and loyal family….

Bring back the old mild buffalo sauce! The buttery sauce is so gross. It congeals on my plate right before my eyes. We used to come here very frequently but we tried the new menu twice and gave up. Servers are always friendly, but the new sauce is terrible.

What happened here? Myself and three of my friends used to visit here every Wednesday for drinks and food for the past 8 years after golf and other days for sporting events.
The wing sauce has changed and it’s greasy and not flavorful anymore. We tried it twice to ensure it wasn’t just that day. I didn’t like the old menu/ style wings back in the day and we thought thats why they changed to the new menu. Thats also why we didn’t go back then. The customer service and the female manager has been exceptional.
We did let management know are disappointment in the quality of food and taste. She said would let the owners know and that they did have several customers complaining about the change, but she believed the owners care and take customer complaints seriously.
We’ve chosen a new place to meet going forward.
I really hope they go back to what we really enjoyed, but for now we’ve said goodbye to Hooters.

Food was fresh, served quickly and our server (Danika) was attentive and fast. This experience was far better than any we’ve had at the Westminster Hooters. Westminster’s location could learn a lot from the Loveland location!

Always a regular customer but when they changed the recipe for their buffalo sauce to the buttery one I had to go elsewhere. Too bad I always enjoyed going there.

We stopped for some wings and appetizers on our way home from the Denver game. It was awful food & service. Will not return until I see something that tells me this place has got better. Not for $40 worth of nasty food…
