The food is great. My complaint is .. there are only 2 employees working both the drive thru and walk ins. Had to wait a long time for both service and food. The ice machine is broken. So you get warm drinks. It’s freezing inside. Thermostat set at 60 … meanwhile it’s 12 degrees outside. I get your trying to keep your p&l down and costs down but where’s the dam customer service??? Slow as can be i waited over 20 mins for my food and got rock solid hard burger I couldn’t even eat. My shake was liquid. Terrible experience! Got no receipt. Lady up front too busy on her phone while the other lady was working. I like this place but wow was it bad today.

I only ordered the Chicken Strips and for 12 pieces and bread and 4 sauces on the side was good..$20 bucks. It filled me and 2 other people up for lunch. I will be back. Thank you!

The food is good my kids love it the prices are high but what makes me mad is we pay for the food and the delivery fees we should get what we order and paid for. We had the food delivered and we paid a lot and even gave a tip high tip at that and we did not get our shake when I called the driver said that they delivered what the restaurant gave them I called the place and they said they could not do anything because they had no driver the only thing was that they would give us credit for a future order which I found wrong because we wanted the shake with our order now so I did go get the shake that is already pricy and I thought they would at least have return the money for the shake and delivery charges since I did have to go pick up the shake myself. But no they did not even attempt to offer a refund for their mess up. So not right. They should have at least refunded the cost of the shake and delivery charges.

Been 4 times day after Lion’s victory for BOGO combo’s. Super BONUS this location only offers this deal everyday 11am till 2pm. Love the Philly, Breakfast and Double Sliders along with Chicken Tenders. This place is so amazing I really mean that if you gave this place one star or if you gave it anything less then four stars you must have went on a day that they were short-staffed or they were just overloaded with a lot of orders trust me be patient when you go here it is worth the wait it is worth the money the food was excellent their service was excellent I will go here time and time again because I am tired of the regular fast food chains this is something different .

I waited in the drive thru for 45 mins for a 3 piece meal. It took them 15 mins to take my order then I waited at the window for another 30 mins. I had to knock on the window to see if they needed some help. No hello no here is your Pepsi no nothing. Actually I’m still sitting here. Just asked for refund they said it would take too long & they would have to call IT. This is ridiculous. I could have walked across to Kroger and bought the items to cook at him in the time it took waiting in the car. We could not get out the driveway so literally hostage for over 45 mins now. Please choose wisely unless you have an hour to spare for chicken tenders. Horrible service.

Ordered ahead online. 8 piece nuggets, email said 15 minutes…arrived 17 minutes later. Waited 30 more minutes. Ended up leaving. AND was late getting back to work from my break when I work less than a half mile away. How in the hell is that possible when I was one of three customers in the drive thru? As a former cook, my order takes 6 mins at the very max if you went as slow as you can. This is why fast food doesn’t pay high wages. Won’t be back. You’re welcome for my $8 I wasted

So to be honest, this was my first time at Savvy Sliders. I came because I saw the promotion of the 3 chicken sliders for $7.99. What i will say first and foremost is that the customer service was EXCELLENT. There was a young man named Jabari, and he made sure my first experience was top tier. I want you state that, that is the MAIN reason for this review. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. 5 stars go to him. I have bitten into one of the sliders and they are good as well. Amazing experience.
