Amazing burger and brisket loaded fries. The burger bun was soft and delicious and they give you a large serve of brisket on the loaded fries. The service was great too, staff were very friendly and welcoming. 100% recommend.

Chicken burger was good, beef burger was average. Chips were dead fried 2-3 times and been sitting for hours. Bad customer service!!

I ordered the vegan patty, which was nice, with an added vegan cheese that felt more like mayonnaise — I was expecting something closer to a cheddar style.
The portion was quite small and not very filling, and with a drink (on a public holiday) it came to around $35. A bit expensive for what you get.
The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was really fun.

Edit: one of the owners, the lad who responded below, reached out and the concern and customer service after was excellent. They clearly care and were concerned about my experience. I feel perhaps they had a bad day, as we all do from time to time. I’ll give it another go.
This burger cost me $22
Quite possibly the driest I’ve ever had. Meant to have chipotle aioli, however you can see, or not see, how much they put on. Meat patties were like hockey pucks. Over cooked and definitely not made here.
Service was average. I think they have a new lad on though. Didn’t get asked if we wanted drinks so I sorted that out at the front, then at the bar, only to be told it’s table service… I’m not sure what was going on there.
The kids burgers, for $12 were the same. Dry and awful. Neither kid wanted to finish theirs.
The kids said the chips were good. I don’t review chips as it’s like reviewing McCain frozen fries. In saying that, I feel like I’ve just reviewed a frozen meat patty
Definitely will not be returning

The Service Team was extremly brash and unfriendly. We ordered sweet potato chips and paid 2 dollars more than for normal chips. We then were told that they were out of sweet potatoes and if it was fine for us to just take the normal chips. We didn’t get back our money and even after I said that we didn’t want to pay more than than the usual price for our chips he gave us 1 dollar out of the tip jar and was unnecessarily annoyed. We also had to pay 3 dollars service fee per person, even though it was only a take away order. Also we had to wait outside for our food to be ready and were basically thrown out when we attempted to wait inside for our order to be ready (It was not crowded at all).
Overall an utterly unsatisfying service experience !!!

We went here on a monday afternoon after a big night on the town and this place saved us! delicious beef and vegan burgers. The chips were a bit salty but they kept our water topped up so our thirst was quenched. Good value, location, and yummy (free ketchup too)

Unfortunately we thought the food was pretty average! Classic beef burger tasted very cheap, something you’d buy at a fairground. Halloumi burger was better, but wasn’t full of flavour. Burger buns were average. At least the chips were good!
