Least you can do is acknowledge you made bad food which is why I included pictures but if this is your standard of your food and your proud of it then I cant help raise your standards.
I’ll absolutely dine someplace else now where they strive to serve best food. Thanks for the suggestion. I didn’t know I had options till you suggested.
I spent time and money at your place so the least I can expect is decent quality food. I can’t get money back nor the time back so yeah I have an absolute right to be livid at your service!
Anyway fix your food quality or not, thats your standard.

shame on this establishment for serving overpriced bad quality food. Happened twice that you have served bad food. Haleem I got from here was not cooked proper and had bland taste and uncooked barley looked like someone dropped their teeth in the Haleem bowl. Second time a family member of mine had gotten sick after eating your food which has UNCOOKED MEAT: I will be writing complaints to multiple dept including health dept and other places so they can check this absolutely trash service place they call shahi biryani: extremely disappointed that you’ve turned amazing Hyderabadi food into a joke by chasing money over cheapest quality food.
Also, your biryani sucks too.
Not sure if it’s deliberately served for take out orders or you just make shitty food in general:
We started with Chicken 65 and butter naan. The Chicken 65 arrived sizzling hot, in a large portion that was juicy, flavorful, and absolutely mouth-watering. The butter naans were soft, fluffy, and the perfect companion.
The star of the meal was the Hyderabadi mutton biryani. Every grain of rice was “ghee mei luttputt,” rich, aromatic, and bursting with flavor. The mutton was tender and melt-in-the-mouth, cooked to perfection. It was indulgent enough to make you joke about rising cholesterol levels—but worth every bite.
Shahi’s biryani can easily give takkar (serious competition) to the top Hyderabadi restaurants in Chicago. If you’re craving authentic flavors and a touch of home, this place is a must-visit.
The lamb biryani had a generous quantity of tender mutton with great taste and aroma. Overall, the food quality, flavors, and portions were excellent. Highly recommended!
If genuine Hyderabadi dum biryani is what you’re craving, look no further. This place delivers every time.
