New-ish Spot in town! Everything is a vibe here. Feels like this should be a Chicago area restaurant. Great music, a dedicated bar area and their own live DJ! Plus the Great music taste elevates this hip spot. I came in for a quick bite and chill session. The Jamaican tuna cerviche was fire they also give you chips and salsa automatically. The bar tenders were very good. The berry mezcal cocktail was delicious and made well. It gets busy but slows down after 830pm so I think best time for adults is after 8pm but regardless it’s so much fun there, you’ll love the food and drinks. Best new spot in town so far!

Food was great. Service was horrible. I ordered traditional guacamole and got their extra charge 3x. Ask for one bowl of queso and got two. Our glasses were empty for most of the meal. We had to keep asking them to refill them. Mandatory 20% tip ensures you get horrible service and a 3% surcharge we didn’t even know about until we saw the bill. It was a total mess. And to top it all off we were there to celebrate a birthday.

Nice atmosphere and okay service, but the food and order accuracy were disappointing. Make sure to repeat your order multiple times, otherwise you may receive something different than what you asked for.
The guacamole was very salty and came with mango sauce and kiwi. It could have been a great flavor combination, but the salt ruined it. When I asked for a replacement, I was told they only make one batch of guacamole per day.
The steak burrito felt cheaply made and was mostly filled with onions and peppers instead of steak. The veggie burrito was similar, mostly rice with just a small amount of black beans.
Overall, the ambiance is pleasant, but the food quality doesn’t match. Realistically, this is a 2-star experience.

The waiter Liliana was great! She explained the menu and the specials, also help with providing recommendations for food and drinks. Food was amazing, mouth watering, perfectly seasoned and very much like home. Will comeback soon 10/10

We had a great experience at Hacienda Real! All the food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and very authentic, which made the evening even more enjoyable.

Such an incredible venue—sooo cute and lots of fun! Beautiful restaurant and a DJ on the weekends adds to the vibe but not too much noise. Food has been delicious both visits. So glad to have this great addition to the area. Not your basic—so much better.

Update: The same group had lunch at Hacienda Real again and had another great experience. Our server, Ada, was exceptional and took very good care of us.
Went with a group of 8 and we were seated in a private banquette just off the lobby.
Some of us had margaritas. The daily special was good but not great but the Originals were really good. I don’t drink much so the $14 price for one drink surprised me but my friends told me that’s about average now. It was good and a very large portion.
Several of us had fajitas (steak and shrimp and chicken). The portion was huge and came with plenty of the toppings. One person had the salmon and said it was outstanding, one enjoyed the octopus and I’m not sure what the others had.
Our server was wonderful and we had a great time.

Basically everything comes to the table on ! Great presentation, we loved it. Our service was outstanding all around. The drinks were fun and delicious. It was hard choosing what to eat because everything looked great. We all enjoyed our meals and ordered flan for dessert. I can’t wait to go back and try different items.

I had an amazing experience at Hacienda Real! The Carne Asada was absolutely delicious perfectly grilled, juicy, and full of authentic Mexican flavor. The Volcán de Chocolate dessert was simply heavenly warm, rich, and the perfect sweet finish to the meal.
The service was outstanding! Our waiter, Axel, was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole experience even better.
