Had the sonic double cheeseburger and fries. the sandwich was hot fresh loaded with toppings. The fries were hot and crispy, but for some reason we’re greasy. Definitely will try this again. Great value for the amount of food.

Ordered a mobile order. Got to the #1 spot. App wouldn’t let me put in my number. When to a drive up stall and the person RUDELY said “drive thru only” when I pressed the button again to explain I had a mobil order that was supposed to be done at 11:37am she then RUDELY told me again “drive thru only”
Whoever is running this drive thru should be retrained on customer service.
Your inability to hire the correct amount of staff should not be the customers inconvenience.
It’s now 12:06 and I’m still stuck in the drive thru line.

I had a terrible experience with a mobile order at this location. I ordered via the app and was told it would be ready in 5-7 minutes. When I arrived, the app wouldn’t accept my stall number. I pressed the button for assistance, only to be told they were ‘drive-thru only’ and forced to get in a long line.
I waited 15 minutes behind four other cars for drinks that were likely already sitting there. When I finally reached the window, they asked me to pay again, and I had to remind them it was a mobile order. They eventually found it and handed it over. I would never have ordered here if I had known I’d be trapped in the drive-thru for a ‘quick’ mobile pickup. The process is completely broken.

Extremely disappointed in the entire experience SONIC has to offer. I can get over the poor customer Service. It seems like all fast-food restaurants have adopted the same business model and unfortunately SONIC is leading the charge on how to be the worst at it, at this particular location. The business model I’m referring to is have teenagers run your business into the ground. After all it’s just fast food. It’s not the world’s most accessible food type where people continue to come back. Anyway I’m getting off beat here. The jumbo popcorn chicken tastes like it eas freeze dried and then deep friend. The fries were overcooked. The SONIC burger we ordered had cheese even with he receipt stating it should have it. The slushie was missing a flavor and was everything but a slushie. It was basically juice. I mean I see why this place is failing. People come for the food and the food is the problem. I hope they get it together because this ain’t it.

Today was the worse day ever to come here. Deive thru person rude. Person taking my order couldn’t get it right for nothing. Wanted to do an order at kiosk so that way I would know if it was correct of course they only doing drive thru. Why they have the one u can park at I have no idea. Wanted to do order online of course number 13 wasn’t on the app. So had to go to drive thru. Where of course order was taken wrong. Then driver thru girl actually had the audacity to had me my drinks with soda all over it leaking. Then got upset cause I asked for paper towels. I’m sorry I dont want soda all over my cup holders or dripping all over my car. She may want a dirty car. I dont. Then said here’s these n shut the window. Did not twll me if that everything or what. Better common sense and customer service is needed. N if they hate having us give our orders and can’t take it right. Then make sure the app has everything.

I ordered a meal with a strawberry cheesecake shake, get home, which is around 7 minutes away, pick up my shake out of the carrier and boom, the whole bottom falls out all over my carpet! I can’t make this up! I didn’t even get one sip!
I called the restaurant several times to get no answer.
I hope I am either refunded or given another shake with a more secured cup.

Staff parked in the drive up making us think it was open. There was a misunderstanding as to what was happening and we were redirected to the drive thru. We went for the nostalgia. Things are better in your childhood I guess.

Not sure what has been going on with them lately, This location used to be worth 5 stars. Not so now.. The food is good other than they always seem to short you on toppings. And they have actually handed me the end of the bag so that everything slid to the bottom and got smashed.

There’s usually a wait for the drive through orders.
Park in designated spots and order for the car hops to bring your order out.
There is no indoor dining.
