Very friendly waiter. We got great service ! The food came out piping hot and very quick. Everything was very delicious and flavorful just the right amount of spices. The waiter also was nice enough to help us with some other questions on the menu. I would definitely recommend coming here!

We love this restaurant. I think it’s a real gem of delicious authentic Indian food in Jacksonville. I always have a great time here, and and I’m treated with a lot of kindness. I think the best meal to have here is the lunch buffet. It’s affordable, the variety is both vegetarian and non-vegetarian and all very delicious. If you have an opportunity to try their Cha and their dessert section I encourage you to do so. It is simply delightful.

Walking in, the aroma is captivating. All the different spices hit you at one time that makes you hungry. My pictures need no explaining. Everything was delicious and my kids didn’t hold back. They made sure to eat every bit of food and no rice was spared. Portion is great and our server was very polite and helpful. This place is Jacksonvilles hidden gem. You need to go now. Also discovered they have a buffet 7 days a week from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Definitely going to come for lunch.

We are very very pleased to have Masala Indian Cuisine in our Jacksonville Community! Their restaurant is the real deal. The aesthetic of the restaurant is beautiful, warm, welcoming and inviting. The staff are very attentive, friendly and easy to talk to. Their buffet was amazing!!! They have several great choices to fit the various dietary restrictions of my family. I didn’t take photos this time but will next time. I am very please and wish this restaurant much success! I also hope they become so busy that they open another restaurant or two in the city if that aligns with their goals. Yes!!!! The food and service is that Great!!!

I used to go mainly to 5th element, and while I like them, I do like this place more and am glad u decided to give it a try. The people there are very nice. Don’t be hard on them if they only want u to get one serving of the goat. They r trying and seem like genuinely nice people.
The environment is certainly lower scale than 5th element, but I suspected the food would’ve better because of it. More homemade, if that makes sense.
The tikka is as delicious and nicely salted. The paneer, so yummy. I liked the little savory pancakes they had there. I’m sad I didn’t get to eat lamb biryani, they didn’t have it there.
The mango mousse here is absolutely delicious. Tastes like it’s actual mango purée, not artificial at all. We all enjoyed eating there so much. And the prices were fair. We will be going back there instead of 5th element.
The only thing I would like to suggest to them is that they maybe start bring out out fresh naan to the tables. The naan there was not the freshest and therefore was not nice to eat. Everything else, very yummy.

Nice size buffet, food was hot and seasoned well. Had paid for to go plate and loaded up! Only thing it was close to lunch buffet ending so some of items were not refilled. Decently priced. Been twice and food tasty every time. I have been to a few that have larger variety, but this was still good. Be aware they do not have mango ice cream (my kids fave).

Awesome Food, we ordered a lot of things and we liked all of them! so we came back for the buffet immediately the next day and it was a blast. Lamb biriyani is a must try! The chef is from Hyderabad and he definitely knows how to cook good authentic southeren cousine, Paneer kurchan was also really good but if you want to try everything just go for the buffet which is just 15.99$. The Staff is very welcoming as well, Owner was there and we had a really nice talk, Pretty good experience overall.
