So I came here for valentines dinner with my husband and my daughter. Me and my husband did the valentines special for 50 and my daughter got the shrimp ans noodles meal. Well it started off great as we had an amazing server I got there at 2ish.
Well when I got my food I had an eye lash in my food. I advised the server who was very understanding but I had lost my appetite. So when we got the bill the new burger was added. My food came to 109.00 which is insane. I waited for a brownie for over an hour to the point I walked out without it but the server saw and ran it to us.
Other than the server this was the worst experience ever. We had to tell the Mgr about what happened and they removed the extra burger and my bill came to $77.00. Which is still crazy if you think about it because I lost my appetite and didnt eat and threw away my food after I left. I will never return to any tgif again and no I dont feel I should had not paid but at least comp something or remove my meal completely and only add the other 2 meals.which would of been more understandable.

Got the dragon glaze salmon. I wasn’t super impressed with the glaze, I didn’t think there was much flavor. The salmon itself was good as well as the sides. They have N/A beer listed on the menu but according to the staff they haven’t been able to order any to actually have it available.

The New Aloha chicken bowl was delicious. And our waiter (DJ) was excellent! So friendly with such manners/respectful, he proudly served us & went above & beyond doing his job. What a pleasure to dine in there today.

I’m Italian and everybody knows Italians like good food: I’ve been in this restaurant twice in a week because the food was just so tasty. The second time they had some issue with my cards but the server and the manager were super kind in taking care of me.

Ordered pick up for lunch, got a the pick 3 family meal everything came in one box red meat and chicken, One of the garlic butters and spilled all over the box covering all of our fries and my son’s three chicken tenders. I also ordered one of the combination appetizer platters. We didn’t get any of the dipping sauces for any of the three appetizers fried green beans, potstickers or mozzarella sticks. We ordered a half gallon of tea and the lid didn’t even get put on the tea all the way so it leaked out in my vehicle on the way home. The only thing that wasn’t messed up in the order was onion rings.

Cajun shrimp and chicken tasted like it had been cooked days ago and then warmed up for me. I could’ve driven nails with the bread. At least the Diet Coke didn’t suck.

Holy cow. Would never have guessed our dinner experience would be this good at a chain restaurant. Quite good comfort food, good beer selection, and Duane our server was so good. I’ve spent much more on less. Don’t be afraid to give it a try.

The food at this particular TGIF was pretty good. As for the service, I was a little disappointed because I didn’t get breadsticks with my meals. I spent about $80. The atmosphere, I only got a glance of a small area because I was just coming to pick up food (even though I was standing there for about 15 minutes) everything seemed pretty nice. Nine times out of 10, I always enjoy TGIF! My only disappointment is that they don’t have one closer to Harrisburg. I used to frequent TGIF when I lived in New Jersey quite a bit and I miss their food. I noticed about a year ago they started closing some locations. It would be nice to have one a little closer to home. Hint hint.

Not sure how I feel about our experience tonight. Our server was great and the atmosphere was nice. The food though was a hit or miss, green beans fries were the highlight for me, pretzel sticks were pretty good as well, those were probably the only two items we enjoyed out of the whole order. I got the sauced sirloin steak with the Korean chili sauce, husband ordered the classic wings. We both were very disappointed with the quality of the meat, my steak was cooked beyond well done and I didn’t even get to pick how I wanted it cooked, it literally tasted like the beef you get in MREs. My husband’s bone in wings were super tiny. Cheese steak eggrolls weren’t that good either.
