Extremely overpriced food in our opinion. It is super convenient for hotel guests and nice Costco credit can be used here though. We never loved our food, but also didn’t hate it. If prices were $5-10 cheaper we’d give it better stars.
Also, the breakfast buffet is pretty bland in our opinions, but better than most hotel buffets (which I’d hope since it’s $37).

A perfect date night spot in Marco Island. The fried grouper sandwhich and chicken parm pasta was delicious. The batter on the fish was breaded lightly and fried to perfection. It was juicy, crunchy and flavorful. The chicken parm was moist and the flavor on the pasta was on point. The outside area has a lot of seats to hang out and have a drink. The restaurant has a great view of the sunset on the water.

I must share that between the pool service and the wonderful bartenders BC and Robert the food service was stellar! The employees were present, personable, and accommodating as my husband is gluten free. BC and Robert at the bar make you feel like you are hanging with your best friends. Aside from that they are knowledgeable and creative. Whoever hired these two men should be commended. BC’s knowledge and background with liquor is exactly what guests look for at a bar and Robert works hard to make sure the bar is taken care of and organized as well as making some great drinks. Thank you both for one of the best bar experiences yet during travel!

Had lunch several times while on a holiday and the food was consistently good as well as the service. Prices to match what you’ll usually find at any resort on the beach, well presented, clean and good. The menu is not too big but it has a variety of things from sandwiches, to salads, little bites and plates…anyone would enjoy! Would definitely recommend, the staff was great!

Visiting here from Massachusetts, took my parents here because they stay down here every year for the last 30 years for two months. You would think of Place as prestigious as this would have Food and Service for better than a mediocre bar. Hardly anybody there when we went for lunch yesterday, server walked by repeatedly until we wave them down to get another drink. Meanwhile, to the right of us look like a manager or maybe two managers talking to two other people almost 80% of the whole time we were there eating lunch amongst themselves having some type of a meeting. If our server can’t handle six tables good enough to wear we shouldn’t have to try to wipe the table down, stack her own plate so we have rum, and when we’re done with our food, you should be over there cleaning the table off before you give us the bill. Again, this is basic 101 stuff. Had a mai tai that tasted like it was pineapple juice without a drop of liquor in it. Four waters and drinks in the table, puddles of condensation and water in front of all of us, had to ask for some napkins under drinks. Isn’t that 101 basic what you should do when you put any type of drink down with ice in it? Had a pastrami sandwich and they gave me a packet of mayonnaise and a packet of mustard that you would get from McDonald’s next to my sandwich there’s way too many places on the island That you can go and get Wei Wei better food than this. The food here at this location should be some of the best in the entire island. A handful of IPA bars weren’t available, fish tacos tried to order that no fish was in stock. But they did let somebody order fish and chips?I would never go back there again

We stayed at the Hilton Resort on Marco Island where The Deck 560 was restaurant onsite. This is our second trip here with an overall positive experience.
Susan was our server every evening .. as we requested her after our first night. She was friendly, experienced, and kindly related to us. She remembered our drinks of choice from night one and always shared suggestions she knew we would like. She was attentive but not overwhelmingly so. We thoughly enjoyed her and her knowledge.
Roberta, the bartender, made our cocktails perfectly and served them with a smile and pleasant conversation. She clearly was experienced at her trade.
The food was good but would have liked more menu options.
The atmosphere was a bit noisy but in their defense there were many families with children there since it was a holiday week. However, sitting inside was the preferred area since the area on the deck seemed to get harassed with birds and annoying insects. We saw quite a few patrons abandon their outside tables and move inside.
Room service was only offered for a 4 hour period, ending at 9pm. That was a bit disappointing.
The gentleman that seemed to be the front of the house manager was attentive, friendly, and prompt to ensure a positive experience.
We will return but will probably be a stay that covers weekdays to have a more relaxing experience… and not over a holiday.

Wow. Where do I begin – Taylor has been amazing so far during our trip at Marco Island. We are staying at the Hilton and Taylor has been our cart girl on the beach. She is professional, kind, and so attentive. What a blessing it was to meet her! I highly recommend Taylor if you’re staying at the Hilton and want a beverage on the beach.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner here!! The location was absolutely wonderful. We got to see the sunset and hear some live music from the pool deck. The service was alright, the people working were very nice. The food was good, out of everything I’d say the chicken sandwich was the best!!! So juicy!!

We have had the best experience for breakfast. It is all due to our server Mc Donald. He was attentive, sociable, charismatic, and a pleasure being waited by him. He had truly turned our stay around as most are not friendly but Mc Donald changed our view.
