If you plan to stop at this Bob Evans the food is good, Tables are clean, but plan on the Service being less than your average restaurant experience, from longer wait times when the restaurant isn’t full, to not being offered refills on drinks. Also you will experience a quite a long wait time for your check to even leave. This has been my experience here for the second time and wanted to leave this review to hopefully help others.

Only giving the atmosphere 3 stars because the tables and booths are incredibly cramped! The tables are bolted to the floor so that makes the space issue even worse, 2 250lb men struggled to sit comfortably side by side in one of the booths. Other than that the food tasted great and the service was quick and attentive. Would request a table next time for sure.

I went in on 10/17/25 around 1pm to have lunch and the vegetable soup wasn’t even warm. My mother ordered two eggs and toast that were also cold. The waitress wasn’t friendly and never came back to check on us after she dropped off our cold food. So we had to go up to the cashier to get our check and we told her about our food being cold and she didn’t even say I’m sorry or offer to get a manager to make it right. So we paid our bill for our cold food that we did eat because we were hungry but needless to say we did not leave a tip. We would have ordered dessert if our so called waitress would have ever come back to our table. I have worked restaurants and pizza shops over the years and this was such a horrible experience and so lacking in customer service. If you don’t want business or even repeat business just say so at the door and save us all time.

Food was good place was family friendly and clean 20 mins to get drinks after getting sat when there was only 2 other tables with people.another 15 mins to get order in and 37 mins to get 2 sandwiches and 2stack of pancakes like I said our group of 4 and 2 other groups of 4 and 2 were the only ones in very slow service all in all It was about an hour to get our food after being sat when they were dead

Turkey dinner was good. Bought 2 of them. Ask what the dessert choices were and was told any on the menu. So picked the turtle cheesecake and a piece of Reese peanut butter pie. Got home and was to enjoy our desserts and found pumpkin pie in both to go containers. They looked as if they had already been served and then reserved. Call the restaurant and they said to come back and get the right desserts. Will go tomorrow to get them. Thanks Bob Evan for taking care of the mistake.

Ordered food from door dash. Did not get my scrambled eggs or syrup butter utensils to even eat my food spent over 40 and can’t even eat bc I have no silverware here at work. Called spoke to manager said she could contact customer service and get me some money back no call back and restaurant is closed will never spend money here again. If u can’t fulfill these door dash orders then take this restaurant off the menu
