We stopped here for a to go order and the girl who took our order was helpful and patient. They were backed up because of the busy drive thru, so our order took a little longer to come up. They forgot our Zax Sauce but got us the four requested when I let them know. Food was pretty good!

I’m not sure how there are so many poor reviews. Boyfriend and I had a great experience. The main woman at the front in question for service was there, and while we did not directly interact with her (mobile orders) she was pleasant to other customers. The food was bussin, nice and hot! There was no annoying “oh it’s 25 cents” for sauce… thank you! Lol, we had a good ole experience, and our food was fresh and tasty. Maybe we caught them on a great day! ♀️

Low 70s outside but the AC made wearing a jacket necessary for comfort. The buffalo shrimp was disappointingly small compared to what was pictured as southern fried shrimp. The strawberry milkshake was delicious and I’d order one again.

I’d never been to a Zaxby’s before and didn’t know what to expect. The restaurant was pretty clean in the dining area. Ordering was easy, but we had a very long wait for food, even though it didn’t seem busy. Unfortunately, the signature sandwich was a bit sad: rather squished and lifeless, and lukewarm. The fries, too, were limp and not very warm. The spicy Zax sauce, at least, wasn’t bad. I enjoy the fancy Coke machines, but the soda it produced was pretty flat. It was also out of ice. The men’s room looked clean, but man oh man, it reeked of urine.
All said, my first time at Zaxby’s left me with little desire to return to one in the future.

I ordered their grilled chicken house sa ad. Gets home and no meat at all in or on the salad. After calling and no answer, I drive back and the manager on duty refused to do any compensation for the mistake and huge mistake. All she is allowed to do is refund or replace the salad. Just forget about my time and frustration, wasting gas, etc. So she (the manager) offered for me to speak to her manager which turns out to be the district manager.
At the end of the day after explaining to the district manager the poor service i received and to.have no concern for my inconvenience with ” the company will only allow either refund or replace”. I told the manager I’ve been in some form of customer service all my adult live and I just don’t believe Mr. & or Mrs. Zaxby’s wouldn’t go bankrupt over my $13 for the cheerio I had to jump through to keep coming back. All this not to mention the dispute over my earned military discount which prints out on the receipt that the district manager states she wasn’t aware it states on the receipt the value of the discount.

Really, the food quality has gone down over the last 2yrs . Food is over cooked ,over salted and they act as if ordering extra sauce is personal!!! Like, damn I’m paying for it but they still act Like it’s the last sauce with no more being delivered in the future!

Drive through after a 12 hour shift: My wife ordered zax snak with zax sauce. No sauce was in the bag. I ordered a salad. The lettuce was withered some of it brown and just gross. These employees dont care.
