It was busy on a Sunday, but we were sat quickly. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The pancake is huge and all the plates had big portions, so bring your appetite. I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!

If you like the old cafés, you must check out Brenda’s Country Cafe in Mountain Home, Arkansas. It’s like going back in time. I will go back! Food is great, and they go over the top with ingredients and portions! You will love Brenda’s and you will not leave hungry.

The food portions and taste are generally always very good. I consider it a good value for what you get.
My only complaint is on several occasions. We have ordered food, intending on paying with a credit or debit card to find out that their machine seems to always be down. Luckily, we’ve had enough cash to pay our bill, but I would really like to be told before I order food if that’s the case just in case I don’t have the cash. I actually seen one lady walk out and leave after she ordered because she had no cash with her. So please make it known if we can not pay with a card before we order!

I highly recommend this restaurant!!! The staff was so friendly! The food was amazing and they even had a new strawberry sprite that was so very good!

Excellent food. Could tell the eggs were farm fresh. Service was prompt and they certainly knew their locals. Real great coffee and affordable.
A little dark inside, and there was some staff ‘drama’ while we were there that we would not have been aware of if other staff had not drawn our attention to it.

Took my daughter here for breakfast & will definitely be returning! Our food was out quickly (hot & delicious), staff was extremely friendly, & the meal was very affordable. My cinnamon roll was HUGE & my daughter loved her waffle with strawberries & whipped cream!

Waitress was quick to take order and food came out fast. We were just passing through and one of the best breakfast places I’ve ever been too. Eggs cooked perfectly and biscuits and gravy delicious. A+++ on the crisp bacon. Most places have lump soggy bacon. They make it crisp and a good size portion. The value for what you get is phenomenal. And the place was packed by the time we left on Sunday st 9:30. Don’t skip…it’s a fabulous place to eat.

Best Eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. I watched grown me box up leftover breakfast which is unusual. Staff is very nice but they stay very busy so the wait can take a bit. First two times I tried to eat there it was too busy and they other time they ran out of food.

Really cool to have an all you can eat buffet in a park like this. The chicken is pretty good. The fish was cooked well but it lacked some flavor. The corn needed some butter and salt. that’s just me critiquing. The employees were wonderful though. The food was a little low quality for the price in my opinion. I would go elsewhere in the park to be honest.cunkess they change things up food wise I’m not sure.

Bring your eatin’ pants! We stopped here for breakfast when traveling through the area based on the reviews we had seen online. We weren’t disappointed. The server we had was friendly and kept our coffee mugs full. I had one of their omelets. Which with a side of biscuits and gravy along with hash browns, was probably enough to feed me twice over. The food was tasty, quick and hot, just what you would expect a good country diner type breakfast to be.
