The food is terrible. I ordered a pasta Alfredo with extra bacon and mushrooms to go, and this is what I got: the driest and worst pasta I’ve ever eaten in my life, and I paid for the extras. I will never order there again.

Jaden took our order and helped us throughout our time at Fazolis. I had numerous kids with me and she was quick and efficient. My 5 year old spilled pop all over the floor and she was very quick to clean it up and didn’t have the slightest attitude about having to clean up the mess. The food was good and the restaurant was clean!

Shelby and her female friend did a wonderful job. The cook seemed a little bit behind because of the fact that the food was not always served hot two out of three dishes were, but my broccoli was cold as if it hadn’t been microwaved. but I really wanna put a shout out towards Shelby and her friend. They did a wonderful job outstanding customer service. I definitely left a 20% tip echnically more 18+2 is more than 20% of my bill.

We don’t have a Fazolis in our town and just happen to be driving by today and stopped for dinner! It’s nice to see a staff having fun instead of looking miserable. Everyone was incredibly nice and hats off to Jaden and Amyah; those girls knocked it out of the park!
We got two small alfredos, a meatball sub and a chicken parmesan; it did take a minute for the chicken to come out but it was hot and well worth the wait. We will definitely be back!

I picked up our to go order and I had ordered a side salad and other items. Upon returning home I getting my salad out of the bag, I noticed it looked small, but no biggie. When looking at the lettuce it was actually brown and watery. GROSS
I returned the salad to the store and received a new one. It looked ok at first which was greener, but still brown. This was two trips and the same result. I expect better than this…
