I recently found Mina’s and it’s a great place. My wife comes from a strong Italian heritage and was amazed at how much of their inventory are the things her grandfather would have as special treats at Christmas.
In addition to the Italian market goods, the sandwiches are incredible. I have had both the Chicken Parm and The Bordain. The Chicken Parm is the best one I have had in the south. Perfect bread and great fresh flavorful ingredients in it. The Bordain was amazing as well. Hopefully they will consider giving it a permanent home on their menu.

The food & service here are next level! We’ve had subs from here a few times. Their ingredient quality is noticeably better than other delis and they’ve got the Italian sub perfectly balanced – chefs kiss! Get one of their 6 footers for your next gathering – it’s a fun show piece in addition to being deeeeelish. Their seafood salad and pastas are awesome, as well. Also recommend their Caesar salad.
