Food is priced quite nicely, the service is slightly faster than most restaurants I’ve been to, and the exterior lot is kept very neat. My only complaint is the decorative lights inside hang quite low and anyone 5’10+ would probably have to duck under some of them.

We have only been to this Denny’s once. We don’t tend to get to Fountain Valley that often, but we are sure glad we stopped for breakfast there. It was just great.
The place is neat and clean and the staff is super friendly. We were so happy. The coffee was hot and refilled. Thank you.
We loved their lunch items even though it was morning. They have some great sandwiches and their egg dishes are really good. We tried gravy for the first time here and it was very good and great for dipping as well.
We liked everything about this Denny’s and will stop there again.

If you are far away from other Dennys, come and eat here. The food is ok (it needed some seasoning like salt) and the service was fine (they refill our coffee, they were friendly and they help us when we needed help).
However, I would asked for plastic utensils and plastic dishes. They do not clean their utensils/dishes very well. I had to asked for different glass and plastic utensils because they looked gross. There was stuff on the them. I know it is from the dishwasher but if the dishwasher is not maintained, what else is not maintained (I have been to other Dennys, they do not have this problems).
I would also not asked for coffee, it tastes horrible (sour, like French roast but burn). There is a Starbucks near by get your coffee there then go to Dennys (is around the same price $4)… Overall, I would not be visiting this location anymore. Ok staff but I should not be worried about if the dishes are clean or not.

Pink shirt guy at front . When I came in, I was greeted in a way that felt fake and dismissive. The person assisting me had a condescending attitude and seemed impatient while serving me. Their facial expressions told me everything , I kept it cool took my order, but I could feel his negativity. Bad service get someone else.

Patty kept her calm and cool when there was a rowdy customer during graveyard! She still delivered expert service with a smile and made sure we were comfortable. Food was still hot and delicious too haha. Thanks to this Dennys for always being awesome.

Made a pickup order at this Denny’s. I got a build your own grand slam with pancakes. Upon coming home, I realized that they didn’t include butter and syrup. Not a big deal. However, as I was eating my pancakes, I bit into something hard. I spit it out and found a piece of metal. There were multiple small metal pieces that looked like they came from steel wool, all embedded into my pancakes. I contacted the Denny’s and was unable to get ahold of the manager… only the supervisor who was only able to offer a recook of my food. This is unacceptable. Pieces of metal could cause tears in my digestive tract. I hope that no one else eats whatever was made on that grill and gets sick.

I will rate this Danny’s more than 5⭐. Service is 100% great. The manager and their stuff are so kind and friendly. (I have been at others Danny’s around the area but honestly the coffee and their food is not great, and the stuff are not kind at all) but this one is our best around the area. We truly appreciate it to the manager and their stuff we had a very courteous service. Thanks!
