10 Barrel Brewing was founded by three fellas in Bend, Oregon in 2006 who wanted to brew beer, drink beer and have a ton of fun while doing so. 10 years later and we’re still following suit. Whether we’re shredding the mountain, drinking cold ones by the fire after work or floating down the river. We always have fun with a beer in hand.

We were driving through Boise on our road trip and this brewery caught our eye. Can I just say very excited we came in the food we got was the Korean fried chicken and it was so good we bought more to go. Hannah our server was amazing so friendly and attentive. The beer was amazing we shared a flight so we could try multiple and it was absolutely worth it.

It’s difficult to leave this review because we’ve loved 10 Barrel for years. We were seated promptly, but waited a long time without seeing a server. A nearby table seated about 10 minutes after us was served quickly by another waitress and had drinks and appetizers before we even received our drinks.
We eventually had to ask for a server, and Casey finally greeted us. That other table was nearly finished with their main course before we were even able to place our order. Unfortunately, our nachos and pizza were both burnt. I would have mentioned it, but our server was nowhere to be found until the check was dropped.
We’ve enjoyed 10 Barrel for nearly 10 years and hope to see it return to the level of service and quality we’ve come to expect.

Excellent food today! Had the peanut butter bacon cheeseburger which was soo good! And the fried artichokes and pretzel. Both were delicious!

We stopped by for a lunch break on a Sunday. There were a couple of family enjoying a quiet lunch. The staff were amazing super friendly and insightful about their brews and the flavor profiles. We tried a hot peach whiskey and a sour huckleberry. I loved the sour huckleberry, it reminded me of a classic cereal blend pf Trix and Fruit loops. The mac n cheese was huge!! We added bacon and it was all gooey deliciousness and came with a side of perfectly crispy french fries.

1st visit- they didn’t disappoint. Staff was very friendly and helpful when making beer choices. Food served hot, and quickly. The bar staff were very fun/friendly/knowledgeable. The pretzel and cheese is a must. Once we heard happy was going – it made for more fun.

Don’t order the fish and chips. Been food sick for a week now. Brussel sprouts were declious though. Shared them with 3 other people and no one else got ill. My fish was dry, had an odd color and was a tiny portion. Probably won’t come back, haven’t been able to eat a full meal since without feeling sick.

I’ve been to 10 Barrels a couple of times before and had good food and drinks. This time; not so much.
I tried to order the potato bite and they were out. Switched to wings and the first batch was cold. The next batch was all buffalo spice. No flavor, just hot. Not good.
I ordered the chicken rice bowl for dinner. The chicken was good but the rest of the meal was sub-par. The sauces were sour and there was no other flavor.
Suffice it to say, I was very disappointed.

Unfortunately we had a pretty disappointing experience on Saturday 2/21/26. I had recommended this place to my sister and parents for a late lunch in Boise because my family and I had enjoyed it in years past. We had a group of 4 adults and 4 kids. We were seated quickly but I was surprised we were seated at a high top since we had little kids. We waited about 10 minutes before a server came and we requested to move to a low top. At that point our server disappeared again for at least 10 minutes. My dad had to get up to go get someone’s attention. He finally brought us water and my dad and I ordered beers and the kids ordered lemonade. They received their drinks fairly quickly but it took at least another 10 minutes to get our beers. Then once we ordered food it took a long time. My mom ordered fries and never received them. I requested ranch twice before I received it. He never came back and asked if we wanted more beer. The food was fine. Since my mom didn’t receive her fries our server offered to buy us a dessert, which was very nice, but didn’t make up for the bad experience. They were NOT busy, half the restaurant was empty. Also since we had a party of 8 we were automatically charged 20% gratuity which felt yucky after the service we received. We left very disappointed and probably won’t return, which is a bummer because it has a cool vibe and great location.

I have been to 10 Barrel a few different times and every time I come I love the food! I got the fish and chips today and it was absolutely DELICIOUS. Especially the house made tartar sauce.
Our server Liz was as sweet as can be and gave us great suggestions and honest opinions on our questions. Excited to come back!
