We had the fried zucchini (MUST TRY EVEN IF YOU’RE NOT A HUGE ZUCCHINI FAN), the surf and turf skewers, and their main burger – which all were so incredible. We found out tonight from Scott that they make as much as they can from scratch in house – including their sauces and their Key Lime Pie! The pie is also a must try item even if you’re full!! INCREDIBLE.
In the past, I’ve always gotten the Octopus because it truly is amazing – which says a lot coming from an Italian who is picky about octopus. I’m glad I tried something new, but you really can’t go wrong with any of these options.
New fall cocktail menu is great as well – the Whaddup Doc carrot cake cocktail is my new go to.
Cant wait to try more of their menu soon!!
Overall review:
FOOD/TASTE: C-
Fish was definitely fresh but batter for cod was soggy at best and needed a little more crunchy and crispness exterior, along with a tad bit more salt.
Coleslaw was bland and overpowered by sour cream; needs a refresh and revisit.
Fries were good and definitely more crisper than the cod bust mostly a commercial preseasoned-bagged; not made in hosue. A in house pontnuf house cut fries might work best, if space and kitchen staff would comply.
Atmosphere: B
Chill old school Irish pub style environment with a variety of Beer selections and state of the art brewery room to match.
Service: B
Host was absent at host stand, at time of time, despite signage stating “wait to be seated”, there fore chose to sit at bar.
Bar staff, receptive and on top of it and quick turnaround with beer and menus deliveries. Flight options pretty straightforward. Beers were chosen by customer, yet received no creative selections to go with the fish and chip chosen menu selection.

I ordered the surf & turf skewers since they stood out to me and the bartender said they were the best thing on the menu.portion size is definitely shareable and I ended up getting two orders.
The dishes were a little too salty for me but great flavors and served over twice cooked garlic potatoes.
Nice spot with a nice selection of their own merch for sale.
The food? Incredible. No matter what you’re craving, they’ve got something to hit the spot.
Now, let’s talk about the “Rootin Tootin”—hands down one of the best root beer/sarsaparilla drinks I’ve ever had! My only complaint? I NEED A BIGGER GLASS! (But that’s just my inner glutton talking. )
The atmosphere is perfect for any gathering—whether you’re catching up with friends or just treating yourself.
Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!
The atmosphere here is a perfect blend of rustic and modern—a great setting for a brewery experience. While the beer selection was somewhat limited, there were enough options to satisfy everyone. If you’re a fan of stouts, you’re in for a treat—plenty of flavorful choices to enjoy.
The food was equally impressive. We tried the pub burger, which came with white cheddar, crispy onions, caramelized onions, garlic-vinegar aioli, and a toasted brioche bun—absolutely delicious. The blackened chicken sandwich was tender and perfectly cooked, and the Atlantic cod fish sandwich featured a thick, perfectly portioned filet.
I opted for the chopped salad, loaded with goat cheese, avocado, dried cherries, carrots, candied sunflower seeds, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and a creamy honey-orange vinaigrette. I added grilled chicken, and it was both flavorful and incredibly filling—I couldn’t even finish it!
Love the full exposure of the foundry and all the barrels. Plenty of TV’s to catch whatever game you’re interested in. Service was well above average and attentive.
Food was very good…burger, fish & chips were the choice and deep fried zucchini was very interesting.
A LOT of beers and as a first time visitor, I let the server decide for me based on tastes. It was delicious and would highly recommend.
