I was disappointed with my ‘Louie’s Cheesesteak Sandwich’, supposedly “shaved sirloin steak” that appeared like ground meat instead of thin slices as was suggested on the extensive menu. A friend felt the ‘Onion Soup’ was lackluster, having a thick layer of melted cheese atop what looked like dishwater with very little onion substance. The two burgers were OK, one cooked longer than requested. Our server was pleasant and efficient.
I think there’s room for greater improvement from the back of the house.

Terrible and Unacceptable Experience
I had a horrible experience at Bar Louie.
My guest and I came in looking for something quick and easy. We ordered a lemonade, a beer, and two burgers with fries. Our drinks were brought out, but while we were waiting for the food, we noticed two mice running around near our table. It was extremely disturbing and instantly made us uncomfortable and disgusted.
We had been seated for less than 15 minutes and had only taken a few sips of our drinks. We decided to leave immediately. As we walked toward the exit, we informed a staff member that we were leaving because there were mice running around our table. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern, her first response was, “So you’re just going to leave without paying your bill or tipping your waitress?” Her tone was rude and dismissive, and she followed it with an “ok bye.”
As we were exiting, the waitress then approached us and asked if we could pay for the drinks we didn’t even finish. I explained the situation again, and once more, there was no apology or acknowledgment of how unacceptable the situation was. I paid and left simply to avoid further confrontation.
I am posting a video with this review so others can see exactly what we experienced. The presence of mice in a dining area is completely unacceptable, but what made this experience even worse was the lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service from the staff.

Chelsea was hands down one of the best servers I’ve had at Bar Louie. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She stayed on top of everything without being overbearing — drinks were always refilled, food came out smoothly, and she checked in at the perfect times.
What really stood out was her attitude. She was upbeat, patient, and handled a busy atmosphere like a pro. You can tell she cares about giving great service and making sure guests have a good experience.
If you’re at Bar Louie, definitely ask for Chelsea. She made our night that much better.

me and a friend went there last night while in the area we were pleasantly greeted and sat quite quickly. Our server Chelsea was absolutely phenomenal very attentive and kind. Food was fantastic as well as the drinks. Highly recommend coming here!!

Worse chicken fingers ever, you’d think for 20 bucks you’d get something better than Raisin Caines but totally the opposite, yes my food was very warm and fresh out the kitchen once I got it, the chicken fingers were so hard my gums hurt, one small ketchup container when I ordered the caijun whatever sauce.
Not coming here again, tired after a day of work to not even finish my dinner because is too hard to eat, and the chicken smelled like fish…

I love bar Louie! Came here after work for a meal and a drink. My server was absolutely amazing. Her name was Emilie and she was just fantastic. She made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. Also the drinks and food were fire, the lone star strawberry lemonade is top tier. Shoutout Emilie keep being you!! She deserves a raise

At first I honestly thought my experience was mid, as it was just like every other restaurant. Then our waitress Baylee (idk how to spell it) came up with very welcoming demeanor. We ordered our food and it arrived in no time. The food we got was better than we expected the exotic flavors were outstanding. Came in for a date night with my wife and the second we sat down we were greeted by a very pleasant and personable bartender named Brittany. The drinks were fast and delicious! She was attentive and her positive attitude really showed how much she values her place of work. We will definitely be back! Great atmosphere!
