I’m a frequent Chipotle burrito eater and this burrito was terrible. Was it really chicken? Maybe but with so many minced pieces it tasted awful. The food station was pretty bad with food pieces that were not part of my burrito were in it. Both of the people preparing my food had long hair and no net. Same gloves were used on the last 3 orders. Tables were not that clean. I’ll never eat at this location again.

The portions are decent and they don’t skimp. The staff is actually friendly which is saying a lot considering they have to deal with being right off 3rd ave. Props to them for dealing with that
If you’ve ever been to the Westlake Chipotle its night and day. They always out of chicken, portions suck. This location hits different. Food tastes better, line moves, it’s just a better experience all around

Very good. Food wise the best Chipotle I’ve visited. Two staff members were very pleasant and cheerful. The second server was miserable. Never said a word but maybe grunted a couple of times. Such a shame for the other employees.

The portion comparing to the price is amazing. The quality of rice , spice, veggie and meat are all great. If you are the asian, you can go to eat this when missing home town food because the taste is quite spicy and intense.

I love this chipotle so much. It’s my favorite location, I go at least once or twice a week. The portions are perfect, the employees are super friendly and helpful, the food always tastes fresh, and the vibes are immaculate. Also, whoever is on aux tonight deserves a promotion!

I’ve been eating here about once a week for the last 6 months and I think I’m finally done. This is probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever visited. The employees don’t care and it shows in the food quality and wait time. At peak lunch time they have at most one person working the line and that one person will spend time chatting with another employee rather than serving you, even when the line is wrapped around the store.
When I do get my food, there’s two or three pieces of inedible chicken in just about every bowl. Altogether, it makes me want to avoid this place and choose from any of the dozens of good options around it.

Paid for double meat, but I wouldn’t even consider the amount to be a single portion, the tortilla was able to be wrapped around multiple times due to this lack of meat. This used to be my go-to Chipotle but the quality has gone down as of late.

The staff in that place is so incompetent to either read the order or steal customer’s money by not giving what they ordered. This is thier HIGH PROTEIN BOWL which is freaking full of rice, below average chicken quantity forget about the high protein. I do not know if the manager or chef or whoever handles the kitchen deliberately tell staff to steal from customer – means charge them for high protein but give customer minimum. This has happened to me so many times so it’s not a mistake. I happen to live nearby and order from here only. I hope whoever messes my order always gets disciplined by some senior management person. Unless senior management itself told the staff to cheat customers. Hope they this location gets closed.
UPDATE- They have changed a lot, improved for service and food quality and quality. Really impressed. May be the manager or management changed. Whatever, it is working ☺️☺️
