Ordered a #10 steak burrito combo

Got around 6 pieces of meat on one side of the burrito

This is “one” scoop of meat

Imagine ordering a steak burrito, but LESS than 1/3 of it has steak distributed amongst it and the rest of your STEAK burrito is nothing but cheese, rice and tortilla chips?

The hard shell taco that came in this combo had 2 times the amount of beef in it.

You can pay $11.09 at a REAL place and get more meat in your burrito

Going back to DEL TACO

Waited for over a half hour for 2 tacos, 2 burritos and a nacho. They didn’t care about any orders in the lobby, just the drive thru. All employees was just in the back talking. I use to work fast food and for the money fast food makers work now you would think they would put some effort into their job. Will never return to this restaurant again. Food was so messy and skimmed on the ingredients horrible service

Just came from this location. The night chef is completely ridiculous. The amount of meat in the tacos and cheese provided for a 10 dollar box!!! Wow. This person is ripping people off and providing the most minimum food for your dollars. Do NOT GO HERE AT NIGHT PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. We will add more photos as we eat through this upsetting meal. Oh and that little burrito you see. Is the “Grilled cheese burrito” from the box.. lol star of the meal huh?

My daughter and I came in for some dinner. Replaced our order on the kiosks since there are no longer cashiers ready to take your order at the counter. It took 7 minutes for someone to come to the register for us to pay with cash. The employees would look at us, but there was no greeting. No, we’ll be with you in a moment, nothing. After 7 minutes, I told my daughter we should just go somewhere else. That’s when the employee came to ask if we needed help.

We paid cash for our food and waited another 10 minutes for it to be ready. The reason I am giving 1 star is because the kiosk ordering is really affecting customer service. The employees hide and wait for someone else to come help out. If you need something, you have to wait for them to pay attention to you. When placing an order on the kiosks and paying cash, there is still a wait time for someone to come take payment. I would rather have cashiers than the machines anyway. This cashless society and taking away the service sector jobs is hurting our country. Let’s go back to greeting people when they walk in the door, smile, and take orders. Keep the restaurant clean. The kiosks just make me not want to be a patron at these restaurants. I’d rather my money go to paying someone’s wages than a machine.

Place is dirty as hell in the dining area. just because you have kiosk and sit in a back until the order comes in three workers here around noon didn’t think to clean the place. Went in and there was trash all over and tables were super dirty. Photos from April 30th 2020

Food had no meat and the nacho cheese they gave me was less then half filled. Are the portions off or is this normal? Seems off to me. Just passing the word and picture, check your orders before you get home disappointed.

One more thing I forgot. The chips tasted like old oil or just not good at all. Left the worst after taste.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell.
Typically I’ll order dine-in from the little kiosks in the lobby, my typical order being a Crunchwrap Cravings trio with Mtn Dew, substituting the Doritos Taco for a supreme soft taco (which there has never been a charge for).
Today I went through the drive thru, as I needed something quick. The cashier could not figure out the substitution, and I was going to be charged an additional $.90 for it, so I asked to just be given a regular soft taco instead.
I receive my food and depart.
The Crunchwrap itself had no “crunch”, the tostada they typically use to add the crunch was not present, nor was the Crunchwrap closed at all. It was a floppy mess, and not at all something that I could eat on the go.
On the plus side, they got my sauces right. Still, definitely would not recommend this location unless you’re dining in.

I have been coming to this Taco Bell on Alessandro and Elsworth in Moreno Valley for years. For the last three times I have left disappointed.
I am here again now and I am actually deciding that I won’t come to this one again. This place is dirty, there’s no condiments, straws. Currently there are four guests eating. One guy said this place has been going downhill. I couldn’t agree more. Another guest came in carrying his bag of food in and was saying he was missing something he ordered. Order taker asked him if she charged him for the item and he did pay for it. He had to wait 10 minutes for them to make the item. That’s ridiculous! Could be why it’s so empty and it’s lunch time.

Food was unsafe to eat. I ordered 3 Mexican pizzas and when we took a bite all you tasted was some sort of chemical or cleaning solution. Not only did we all throw up, it burned our tongue and throat so bad. I called the store concerned that maybe something by accident spilled on one of the ingredients, I spoke to Becca the manager and she didn’t even care and thought it was funny. So my only option is to call the heath department and see if the lab I work at can identify what we ingested. It shouldn’t have had to go this far all Becca had to do was be honest with me and tell me what happened. Be careful eating here they might poison you.

A Tasty Treat with Room for Improvement
I recently indulged in the Mexican Pizza at Taco Bell, and let me tell you—it’s a flavor explosion! The crispy crust, zesty sauce, and gooey cheese create a delightful combination that keeps me coming back for more.
However, my experience at the drive-thru left a little to be desired. The friendly lady taking my order was polite, but attention to detail seemed to slip through the cracks. I had requested separate bags for condiments due to allergies, but unfortunately, they all ended up in one bag. And the napkins? Well, they were MIA.
Despite these hiccups, I’m willing to give Taco Bell another shot. After all, everyone has their off days. Here’s hoping my next visit includes those extra napkins and perfectly separated condiments.
So, Taco Bell, consider this a friendly nudge: Keep the Mexican Pizzas coming, but pay attention to the little things. Your loyal customers (and their allergies) will thank you!
