This location needs some desperate help in the customer service department. Every time its the same girl taking drive thru orders and she seems so irritated to be at work, whether you place an order ahead which makes less for her or if you place an order at the speaker its the same attitude. Like girl, if you are that unhappy please quit. You shouldn’t be this hostile with people simply saying “hi, I have a pick up order for blank” nobody forced your hand into working fast food.

In drive thru. They charged me for my order…and someone else’s after disappearing for extended time with my card. Tried to hand me $20 back with a receipt for my order, the moeny looked fake. I demanded an explanation and she said she is paying me for the second charge on my card. So my mom went in because the second charge that was not my food was for 18.61, not 20 bucks. Plus if its fake and this is a scam i dont want to deal with it. Why not just refund it to card?
My order was also wrong. Bacon cheeseburger and they took off the bacon not just sauce.
So they replace the food that was wrong, refund the 18.6, and they keep the 20 cash that the drivthru lady gave us. And I open my food and its covered in sauce
So now I have two refunds, im very hungry, and my windshield ended up cracked while waiting in their parking lot. f this place. Used to come her regularly in college and when i worked nearby but I guess its really declining over the last 10 years. I know we had trouble with them a few months back getting orders wrong then too. Sad that same people cant improve over the last several months. No integrity or accountability

I went here today trying to order from the drive thru and I wanted to know what kind of munchies boxes they had, then they laughed at me and completely stopped responding and refuse to take my order, then when I got to the window the guy “working” was almost non responsive he didn’t try to take my order or apologize. I only stopped there becayse I was on my lunch break ftom work, I can’t imagine any place desperate enough for employees to hire that guy, I don’t know his name but he looked Hispanic about 25 at 1:10 in thd after noon. I never write reviews unless it’s deserved, but the disrespect I faced was totally uncalled for

On Saturday 11/15 around 10:30 am I went through the drive through and I had to repeat myself when ordering. I came inside because my order was wrong and it wasn’t a big deal just Fries and they didn’t give me the Nashville cheese sticks. The lady who stated her name was Ana was irritated that we came in to get our order fixed we were polite and she and the other employee’s were being rude and laughing. The employee then rudely proceeded to pore the nashville sauce all over the cheese stick box so much it was dripping outside the bag and got all over my clothes. This is unexpectable she caused me to be late to my kids soccer game because my clothes were now full of the sauce. The amount of anger I felt I just had to walk out before It escalated. oh and she still made me pay 30 cents for the fries.

Jose made us the best fry I’ve ever had at a Jack in the box It was filled to the max and it was cooked fresh Jose was super nice and made sure our order was perfect look at that amazing customer service

I order online all the time from here but it gets worse every time. I ordered a double bacon egg cheese sandwich combo & a sausage egg cheese sandwich combo. First, both sandwiches said sausage egg & cheese. I go back to the store & they tell me it was labeled wrong so I open it to see & there’s a squished up sandwich in the wrapper. It had 3 half slices of bacon on it. I ask the worker if this is a double bacon egg cheese sandwich combo that I paid extra for & he says yes. I said, look at it, does that look like a double bacon egg cheese sandwich? It’s so small. He said that’s what they tell me. I complained about how disappointed I was & he did nothing! I will try to find the corporate number to call because this is sad that I paid extra for a sandwich & it was very disappointing & they did nothing about it!

I visited this location a few nights ago and had to leave before finishing my order because the person over the headset taking orders was SO RUDE!!! Immediately cut me off as I was ordering and didn’t even let me finish a sentence. And then I was “Anything else” to death. So I left.
Tonight I thought maybe the person taking orders tonight will not be there. I sure was wrong! I said “We are gonna get a chicken sandwich ” and before I finished he said “Only one payment per car” I said haven’t even completed my order. The employee then goes, “Go ahead”. So I asked why are you so rude? He then says I said go ahead. So now I just drive to the window so I can ask for a manager. I pull up and the window is closed NO ONE around. I waited and waited and finally a male dressed as a woman came to the window. I said can I speak to a manager. He goes there isn’t one. I realize this is the rude employee from the speaker. I said I want a manager now, and he closes the window and continues to ignore me sitting there. So I then just took a picture so I can email corporate. This poor behavior is so Unacceptable and I will NEVER come here again!! He needs to be fired.

They are so slow. Every time I come to a Jack In the Box, I remember why I don’t c me more often. I was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. They have got to do a better job. I think if I am sitting for 20 minutes, my food should be done when I get to the window.
