First of all, the food was really good here. My mom and I don’t always agree about taste but we sure did this time. She had a bacon chicken Swiss and I had a turkey bacon sandwich. Great bread, great meats, nice side of curly fries. To be nitpicky, we ordered to eat in, and they gave it in a carryout format, but no harm no foul.
The staff was friendly and contrasted nicely with the staff at nearby Burger King and up the road 16th and Shadeland Wendy’s. They were almost on par, in terms of politeness, with Starbucks and Culver’s, the gold standard of franchise wait service.
On the other hand, the newly renovated dining area was dirty, some tables were very wobbly, and the floor was sticky. Not too impressive for a recently remodeled establishment.
Bigger issue still, the prices are quite high here. We had a coupon for a free sandwich and still ended up paying $13+ for one sandwich meal combo. That struck as a bit exorbitant. Especially with much cheaper Burger King next door and imminently reasonably priced Subway just across the street.
Bottom line: Great food, great service, dirty dining room, exorbitant prices

Be forewarned that entering from southbound Shadeland or westbound 21st Street is challenging due to concrete medians. Not impossible, but certainly not easy, either.

I placed my order through GrubHub at 9:55 it was supposed to be ready for pickup between 10:15 and 10:25, got there about 10:25 and was asked to park, I waited 10 full minutes before getting my food, my drink was forgotten because she didn’t know the drive thru lady didn’t give it to me before parking me. My fries had old fries mixed in and how does my sandwich look so old and dry if it wasn’t even made when I got there??? I also ordered NO BBQ sauce but of course I got sauce on the bottom under the meat… I was starving since I just got off a long shift and it was still edible so thanks for that I guess

That Diablo Dare sandwich is as advertised. This sandwich is a flaming fix for all the @hotones out there. The Chipotle bun is good. It’s bright red and Diablo is on almost every layer of the sandwich. It has diced jalapeños, spicy cheese, and some kind of spicy sauce that covers the brisket. I was about half way through my meal when the spices started a little sweat to come on my forehead. While I was trying to figure out if I was sweating from the Diablo Dare, the spices overwhelmed my tongue and I knew the reason my body was reacting like this had to be Diablo. There was lettuce, mayo, and pickles under all of the fire but that did nothing to suppress it. Overall it was good and not the hottest food I’ve ever had but it was definitely the hottest sandwich I could pick up on my lunch break. It’s not so hot you wouldn’t want to finish it but you will reach for the milkshake that comes with it. Good sandwich @Arby’s. Thanks for bringing the heat!

This poor staff. It’s a Thursday night and they are slammed and there are only three people working here tonight?? Y’all should staff more people, like a singular extra person would have the service here through the roof. The manager, I didn’t get his name, but he was exceptionally polite despite the numerous incredibly rude CUSTOMERS in the lobby. The worst behaved people in the place were the people on the same side of the counter as me. If you ever see a business absolutely slammed and you have the audacity to get rude with the employees, take a step back and think for just a second.

Ordered a Reuben combo, $13 and some change was the total.
Sandwich barely had any corned beef on it and it was not warm at all. Prices are getting higher but food quality is non existent anymore.

Just go from one line to the next. Sit in drive thru then told to drive to front door to get food. Seriously hope this place doesn’t get a reward for speed of service by doing this. If they do theyre cheating ya.
