When I go here the service is usually OKAY. But tn when I pulled up to the window the guys service was trash. I asked for ketchup and he rolled his eyes and gave it to me. I just brushed it off. Then when they gave me my food I opened my bag to this. They basically threw my burger in and didn’t even bother to put the whole thing in the box. I grew up in show low and I know when someone is being racist. Bc it happens so much around here I love Culver’s but I’m not going here anymore. You can thank your staff.

My niece/nieces and their grandpa like to dine here a lot. I come here every so often only as the driver or to meet up with them. They tend to order the butterbuger and cod dinner/cod sandwich. I like the cod sometimes (to get my omega-3 fatty acids) and the grilled chicken sandwich. Also, their ice cream (chocolate cone) is always, always yummy (not sure if it was custard)!!!!!Yesterday, I brought my dad there after his doctor’s appointment. He had the cod dinner with onion rings. The one thing we always noticed is that the burgers tasted under-seasoned (bland). And, the cod as well. Maybe they are just concerned about the customer’s who might have high blood pressure or something…who knows? So, we always grab some of the salt and pepper packets that are available by the soda fountain. Or, maybe the cooks are just too young and inexperiened. The 2 guys yesterday were working hard. The gals seemed to be distracted and were talking amongst themselves. One of the workers was a tall/loud gal. I’m sure she is sweet and sincere, but she really needs to turn the volumn of her speaking voice down several notches. 😀 Waited in the order line 2-3 times to get more food, etc. I finally had to ask one of the gals if she was ready to take my order. She seemed surprised that someone would ask her such a question. I think the problem with many restaurants nowadays, is that they have a tendancy to hire workers who are just too young and under-trained. But, I guess that is just how it is and the adults really don’t want to work at a chain restaurant. Oh, worth mentioning is the fact that the food reminded us of the food we had in Pennsylvania (plain/tasteless) when we lived there for many years. Thank goodness for salt and pepper!! 5 stars for the 2 guys and the atmosphere of the place. *****

Love this place and in my opinion these burgers are the best you can get anywhere! Had the Butter Burger Deluxe double (so yummy, soft buttered and grilled bun, juicy meat, melted cheese, all the fixings) with cheese curds (super delicious) that came with cheese sauce that is warm, also had the pretzel bites with warm cheese sauce ( definitely ordering these again) their Root Beer is top-notch, husband ordered their strawberry salad with vinaigrette and he liked it but said the chicken was a little salty, he also got their birthday blueberry frozen custard with a cake pop on top. He loved it, I did not at all but I’ve had great custard here and blueberry is just not for me. Highly recommend especially at $35 out the door!

Think “what if a fast food burger chain took it up a notch?” Thats Culvers. Higher quality food but for a higher price. Then marry it with a “up a notch” dairy queen. Is it a high end burger joint? No. Is it a fast food burger joint? No. Its in a class of its own. Just higher quality everything in exchange for a bit of patience as they make it fresh and a bit more higher cost. Its worth it.

I really enjoyed my ordering experience today. Georgia was a delight to work with. My food was wonderful. My gripe was with the blonde hair boy that handed me food. The way that kid talked to me was unacceptable and he is fortunate to have been in public when he talked to me in such a condescending manner. The disrespect he had was so much I probably won’t come back to this establishment. I honestly want to give you a worse review in regards to the service and atmosphere and had I I not dealt with Georgia I probably would’ve given a one star for both but that would’ve disenfranchised her service this evening.

You guys are an absolute disgrace. Spent $45 a got a meal I wouldn’t give to a homeless person. Ordered a double, got a single on a stale bun with brown lettuce. Couldn’t eat the fries, they tasted like they were left over from lunch and half cooked. Got a 10 piece shrimp with 9 pieces in it. You have gone down hill, used to be worth the money, now it’s the worst fast food on the mountain. The manager here should be ashamed, horrible.
Read your recent reviews, anyone who’s ordered online has gotten trash food. You say you’ll try to do better, but it keeps happening. How about you do something about it instead of copy and pasting semi apologetic replies then just pawning it off to your website.

Culvers is always a special treat for our family. The butterburgers aren’t the healthiest food option, but are good for an occasional treat. This Culvers in Show Low was very clean, and the employees were very friendly and attentive.
