deadass been in here more than 20 minutes. there’s three of them here and one of them was on his phone. i ordered ahead. it said it would be ready at 11:30. it is 11:53 and still nothing. there is nobody even in the drive through. they’ve gotten my food wrong before but ignored i it bc it was a delivery. this is so sincerely ridiculous. i would never have complained about this bc i understand how stressful it gets but someone is sitting on their phone while there is food all over the floor and i’ve stood here 20 minutes. i will not be coming back. i recommend others avoid. This Taco Bell consistently delivers an amazing experience. Every visit has been fantastic, and it’s easily my go-to location, even if it’s a bit further from my home. The food is always fresh and served just as I ordered—hot and flavorful. I’ve never had an issue with accuracy, and the staff here is always friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is clean and well-kept, making it a pleasant place to stop by. Overall, it’s just the best spot for Taco Bell, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

This has to be the slowest Taco Bell ever. I was a regional manager for a fast food and the staff has no personality and work ethic. It’s very sad to watch them work when they make your food. I know times are tough but still.

Nearly every single time I come to this location it takes at minimum 20-30 minutes for a single small order (1-2 items max) I regret it every single time. The employees here honestly seem to resentlfully work slow (always kind to them) but watching them prepare food at a snails pace it really is frustrating. It’s fast food. Every other location it’s 1-3 minutes tops. The quality also seems to lack every time

Ordered ahead so I had to pick up my food here. I typically try to go to other locations because I know this one does not have it together. Waited 30+ minutes in line. This is crazy. Just close it down if no one wants to do the job. This is not fast food, I could’ve had a sit down meal at this point.

Tacos fell apart because the bottom of the shells were completely stuck to the bottom of them. Missing items, cold food, etc. Disappointed. I have a video trying to take the bottom off the paper and it’s as if it’s glued to it. Come on Tbell. Missing items ok, cold food…ehhhh, but the hell are these tacos?
