Husband went to go get food in the drive through around 9pm tonight. Had him waiting 10-15 minutes and still left out a fry. The grill guy was helping hand out for drive through and was rude to my husband. This why all the other locations are closing it’s not about the missing fry it’s the fact they had the audacity to be rude to my husband

Staff did a good job. I was welcomed in, and food was good. My only concern was the floor was very greasy but visibly clean. I would suggest steam cleaning it.

The food is good. Service has been nice for a while. Some people just shouldn’t work in fast food. There are many there with good energy. There’s one that will have you laughing so hard you cry. That’s the best part of going through drive through.

Drove across town to this Wendy’s because it’s open late
I get there at least 45 minutes before closing
They tell me they’re only accepting DoorDash orders. I asked why, the lady got mad and yelled “because we are only taking DoorDash orders!” Someone on another headset came on and interrupted her and said “I’m so sorry, we are only accepting DoorDash because we are short staffed tonight”
I said so if I place a DoorDash order for pickup right now I can get food? She said yes. So I placed an online order, drove back to the speaker and said I placed an order. The original lady got an attitude and asked what name it was for. Asked me to pull up to the window. Had my order in just a couple of minutes….. short staffed or not that was the dumbest thing….. they could have just taken my order at the speaker…. They still had to make the food either way….
And if someone ask why to such a weird request it’s not a big deal to explain why, it’s was entirely inappropriate for her to get an attitude.

Sad you order something with no cheese get home there is cheese on it and they say drive 20 minutes back tonight or you only get coupons instead of replacing like I would come back

Nickhyia was our host, I believe. She was very avoidant about getting our order at the register. Another one of the employees reeked of weed by the window. It wasn’t a busy day or anything like that.
