Pickup order served burnt to a crisp nuggets. Drove back to store. Girls snickered and told ME to throw them away. Young man said he’d make new ones. No apology at any point. Handed me bag and walked off. Puzzled look when asked for sauce. Horrible customer service. Bad promotion of a limited item. Horrible customer service.

A bunch of college aged kids not taking their job seriously. I was pushed behind other customers who had not waited as long as myself simply because it was more convenient for them. I was told my food was currently being made and then I watched that food go to someone else. It took more than half an hour to prepare some tacos, and all they had to do was be up front about their situation from the start so I could adjust accordingly. Awful service.

Absolute worst taco bell experience. Ordered ahead and still had to wait 20 minutes for my food. Missed giving me my drink and chips that I paid extra for. My supreme taco was missing sour cream. The tortilla in my burrito was completely burnt from their attempt at toasting it. Avoid this location!

Stopped in for a late night and quick bite to eat. My first and last time at this location. I gave it two stars instead of one because the young lady working the drive-thru window was professional from beginning to end. As for the background noise of her co-workers, completely unprofessional. All I heard was profanity and lack of consideration of others in/outside the establishment. Perhaps surprise visits from management may change the behavior??
As for the food, completely unexceptional (see pics). The taco was paper-thin lacking everything but the taco shell, the quasidillas look like they were thrown in the bag and the Pepsi tasted like seltzer water. It was so watered down you could see through it.
Too bad I didn’t read the reviews before visiting. It’s unfortunate as many have noted that regardless of the bad reviews improvements have not been made.

Last time eating at Taco Bell anywhere. The Crunchwrap barely had any ground beef, made mostly of lettuce cheese and sour cream. The Pepsi drink was running out of syrup. However, thumps up for cleanliness at this location.

I occasionally eat at Taco Bell, usually when I do it good. Went to this location today Sunday at 7pm and the doors were locked. The staff pointed me to the drive thru line. I’m not sure what the dinning rooom hours are. So I got in the drive thru line. About 10 minutes later they stopped taking orders at the drive thru.

Visiting this taco bell for 9 years now and have had terrible experience the last 3 times. Ordered pinto bean meal and received all black beans. When went back they would not order new meal unless I made another payment. Finally supervisor had to get involved. Same thing happened today. Spent over 15 minutes to receive my order. Even then our chalupas are super soggy and half empty.
