I have been to this location before, maybe a yr ago, and vowed not to return. In a crunch for lunch after grocery shopping, I ended up there about 2 weeks ago. What a difference! I always get the Original Chicken and this time they did not disappoint. Service was fast, food was hot and the bun was soft. I heard this location is under new management, if so, they are doing a good job.

Soooooo… Like an idiot…. I say to myself… Self, let’s try the Burger King croissant Breakfast sandwich… Ohhhhh boyyyyy. What a disaster.
I pull up to the drive through, and wait maybe 5 minutes to order… Not horrible. When I get there the person taking my order keeps trying to make me but other things when all I want are 2 sandwiches…. Finally she says we are good. Then I get to the window…. And watch all the people working, running around doing their BK thing. 5 minutes I sit, no one even looks at me…. 10 minutes I sit…. Finally I got my horn, and one of the employees looks my way, very friendly, and gives me the 1 more minute sign… Cool! 5 Monte minutes, do now I have 20 logged in waiting for food. The window opens, I get a coffee, and a bag with two sandwiches and two potato things… I quickly tried to give it back, and the young lady says exactly this… “It’s better this way” tells me I owe her like 8.00…. which I over pay for, even though I didn’t want that food… And drive away… Partially happy because I was looking forward to the breakfast sandwich… do not ever look forward to a BK croissant sandwich… It was terrible… I need the second one to some squirrels.

Food was spectacular, even for Burger King. Obviously fresh produce, and the Whopper actually looked like the one they advertise. Service was reasonably fast. Parking lot seriously needs better lighting.

I’ve lived in Summerville for 50 years and this used to be the “nice” Burger King. Now it’s the “last” Burger King. I can’t imagine it will be here much longer. I’m sure in a year or two it will be another car wash or self-storage facility. Went there for breakfast this morning. They were out of soda, out of BISCUITS and weren’t sure if iced coffee was available without checking. Why open for breakfast? I came through the drive through about a month ago and after a 25 min wait, got to the window and the two employees didn’t speak English. I speak Spanish, so it was okay, but I imagine this would be frustrating for others. The once nice place has gone downhill significantly. Maybe new ownership? This is my last visit- I’d recommend going down the street to the Golden Arches if you want a decent “fast” food option.

I am giving 3 stars because the guy taking orders yesterday was so nice and pleasant. Other than that, the wait is always so long and it takes a while to get your food. All you hear is the staff complaining about hours and how the store is when you pick up your order. It didn’t make me feel good about my choice to come to BK. Unfortunately they were out of impossible burgers, but thank goodness I am not a vegetarian anymore. I just prefer the impossible over hamburger meat. I ordered online, but it doesn’t make any difference in what time, unless you pick up inside. Always select pick up inside because you will be waiting in the drive through for 30+ minutes. Make sure to check your items before you leave. They will add mayo or other condiments even when you request it off so DOUBLE check. If you have allergies to anything, I would suggest going somewhere else. Based off previous reviews this is very common and I would hate for someone to have an allergic reaction.

Ok I stopped here for lunch mind you this is not my first time at this restaurant. First I ask for no mayo they were nice enough to fix it then I get to my car to see that it was not even the sandwich I ordered the meat was not fully cooked, the bacon was burnt, and the fries were even more soggier than they were the first time and I asked for them to be cool crispier.. Sad and really love BK of course I had to go to McDonald’s. You guys have to do better that is how people can get sick.

This is my second time to this burger king and they can never seem to get my order right. I ordered a triple whopper with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion, mayo, ketchup and mustard. All I got was a single burger with bacon cheese and mustard. No one in there can speak any English or knows what they are doing.

I really like Burger King. Every visit has been good since I’ve been back to eating fast food recently. Haven’t had Burger King in at least 5 years and I really enjoyed my meal at this location and the staff member at the drive through had a great attitude that left me happy.

It took 30 minutes to receive my mobile order. When I finally got it, it was incorrect. Instead of apologizing, and fixing the issue, the manager decided to argue with me at the window telling me I didn’t order it right. I know what I ordered. The fact that the management is arguing with customers tells me all I need to know of why this place SUCKS. He eventually gave in, and said he’d make a new one but I need to pull forward – normally I wouldn’t care. But it’s the fact I was already at the window for 20 minutes prior to this issue. Now the rest of the order is garbage because it’s ice cold( because I was forgotten about outside…)
I want a full refund for this horrible experience.
