Overnight staff was extremely rude and disrespectful! Been going to this one for 8 years! First time I’ve been treated like that and according to that staff member my name has been written down and I’m not allowed to be served any more. Mmm ok we are done then never again ! I wouldn’t recommend this dunkin at all!! So disappointed. If you lobby is suppose to be open at 5 am it should either be open for have a sign or have a person answer the door to explain why ! I do believe there is rule about that. Called for a manager told the manager was not there. So I will just never go back .

Plan to stand around being ignored at the counter, the kiosk has been broken for the last year, so you either stand and wait 10+ minutes to be acknowledged by teenagers on their phones or just go another mile in any direction and get service at another Dunkin…this store sucks. BONUS: They cant get an order right to save their life either…so at least they are consistent in that area. But they love to argue with you over the incorrect order too, so go in with that expectation if driving another mile is not an option.
