Buckle up, we’re going on an adventure.
I’ll start this off by saying there was plenty of staff on site the day me and my wife went. Mid-day, Sunday, not many customers. Because you know companies these days LOVE using the excuse they were “short-handed” for everything. The staff seemed pretty chatty standing just out of sight.
Place was filthy. Trash overflowing. See the pics. The silverware was wet for some weird reason.
Ladies room was out of toilet paper, so my wife had to go to the men’s room. You know how long it takes to go through 2 of those huge industrial size TP rolls?? The whole checklist saying they check every 30 minutes is just a bunch of forged signatures.
Ordering here, I paid for a large meal, only to find out they were out and could only give me medium. But they kept the money and wouldn’t refund it.
Food quality, missing ingredients for a 5 layer burrito. Hard to believe you can’t count to 5, but that’s ok. Some people can’t at taco bell I guess. Chalupa seems like it was thawing… Sour cream and shredded cheese was a very cold, and stiff blob concoction.
Could of possibly had these issues of food and ordering rectified, if there was a manager on site. Or if the rest of the staff would work and not chat out of site.
Overall, worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Should of just went to Qdoba on the other side of the parking lot.

Ordered on the app sent it to the wrong location. I went in they couldnt do anything about it but remade the order and I re paid for it but it was more expensive and I didn’t get half of what I wanted. I ordered a fill up box with potatoes burrito and a crunch wrap and fries I only got the wrap and fries for 25 dollars very not happy will never return again.

Service was great but food was way overpriced for what you get
This is true for most Taco Bells I visit, but they put very little beef in any of their meals.
More often then not the sauce is the main component and the ground beef is a sparce topping.
It’s not remotely filling and it’s overpriced for what you are ACTUALLY getting.

For real 24$ for 12 tacos asked for fire sauce apparently there’s a hot sauce shortage 10/10 trash service and slow service for one box approx 15-20 min with 1 person in front of us……. Would recommend somewhere your money gets you what you actually pay for 12 tacos 3 sauces for 24$ smh…….. what happened to Taco Bell sad excuse for the franchise …….

My brother and I stopped by this location for lunch today. The kiosks were not functioning properly so we placed our order at the counter. A young lady was working the register and she didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. I feel like we had a relatively small and simple order (2 flaming hot grilled cheese burritos, 2 diablo chicken nacho fries, crunch wrap supreme, luxe cravings box, and 2 drinks). We only got 1 burrito 1 nacho fries and the manager was very rude and didn’t seem to care. If you plan on dinning in I wouldn’t recommend unless the kiosks are working. Very poor service.

I placed an order through the app in the parking lot and then came inside to eat in. Our order was done fairly quick and the food was good and hot. We did sit at the back booth, and we could hear the employees in the kitchen talking. Luckily, it wasn’t anything inappropriate.

HORRBLE. Do not go here. I got my food and it wasn’t even wrapped. It was just sitting in the bag. They spilled the drinks all over the cups so we had sticky cups. Workers were dirt slow too. Spend your money at the McDonald’s or Culver’s across the street.

Terrible service. Will not be going back! Went through the drive thru, AI took the order and messed it up so an employee came on the mic to fix it. Then when we pulled up to the window the order was still messed up and they had to correct it. The cashier didn’t want to correct it, another employee came up and helped make the corrections. Finally got my order, looked in the bag to make sure everything was there after all the confusion and the cashier told me I needed to leave because I was holding up the line during rush hour. Very rude and disrespectful.

Super sad that this place closes at 2am, got in line at 12:45 with 6 cars ahead and this line moved ONCE on 29 minutes. This place used to be decent at night but less you wanna waste the gas in line then there’s no point in ever trying to come after midnight. Just close at 11pm and call it good.

Not one to normally make negative reviews but this is ridiculous. 55 minute wait in the drive through for 2 boxes..just to get your food luke warm. No silverware, napkins or sauce. Also not the frist time, pretty much anytime you go here. Not impressed
