I had a decaf latte, and it was disgusting. Tasted like plastic. And it was so hot I couldn’t drink it for more than 20 min.
We also ordered a kids’ steamer (just a warm milk… Supposed to be an ok temp for kiddos) and I’m so glad I tried it first to check because it was way too hot for my 4yo to drink. If you’re going to make a kids steamer, make it at a safe temp please!

Rude and slow! Worst staff I’ve experienced at a Starbucks and I’ve been to many of them via X-country RV road trips. This location has one of the biggest staffs too so that’s not the excuse, counted 7+ workers each time, yet they only produce a drink on the counter every 3-5 minutes. Other locations have 3-5 staff and beat that production. Then when asked about a drink status they snap with “if it’s not on the counter it’s not made yet”. Then I reach for a sleeve for my hot drink and the young fella jumped at me like I was a threat. Before that he smacked packs of straws together instead of simply saying “excuse me” to pass the guests. Training as well as some manners and politeness is needed for staff and managers!

The only coffee shop open this early in the morning, so I’m back to this Starbucks for a couple of hours. The store opened on time (I walked in at 5:35 am) and there is plenty of parking.

Inside, clean and tidy. The crew was busy doing their setup for the day – not much chatter at all. I was here for at least an hour before another customer stepped inside so it was quiet. And then when people did start arriving, the scraping chairs on the floor was annoying enough that it was time to go.

There are plenty of seats and the power outlets are nearby. Wifi worked well and my Blonde Roast coffee was just fine.

A bit loud, nice service but not clean- for the Starbucks management: kindly please hire someone to clean the toilets- extremely disgusting here and almost everywhere I have been to in Georgia, South and Notth Carolina, Virginia, Washington DC, New Jersey!
Disgusting.
Please add some grace to the service with assuring clean toilets not by making the stuff do it when they are obviously overloaded but by hiring someone at each place.

I visited recently and the wait was very long—about 20 minutes with 5 people ahead of me. I don’t believe this was an understaffed issue, this was purely not being focused. I can usually handle a delay if the atmosphere is positive, but unfortunately the energy here wasn’t very welcoming. While waiting, I had to listen to a younger staff member (they had twist in hair, black, with a face piercing) complain about a DoorDasher that had been waiting a long time and continue talking about it even after the person left. As a guest, that isn’t the kind of energy you want to start your day with.

On top of that, my drink ended up being mostly caramel sauce over ice, which was overwhelming. I also couldn’t help but notice there seem to be missed opportunities to save on food cost, which could really benefit the business.

This place has potential, but creating a kinder environment and tightening up consistency in drinks and operations would make a big difference.

Good and newer location. Use the rewards app on your phone to earn free ☕ coffees and get deals. I recommend their seasonal lattes and the new flat white which is the best drink they have here. Good sandwiches and pastry as well. Their chocolate croissant is my go to travel snack.

They also have a ♿ handicap accessible ️ parking area, seating, and restrooms.

It’s kind of upsetting to order a coffee the way you like it and have the employee Jon comment “this order is ridiculous “ and have an attitude towards me, it’s just one drink. Usually I don’t get bothered by stuff but maybe the pregnancy makes my emotions sensitive since my hormones are up. But then again this is a coffee shop you are paying $6+ for a coffee that you want it made your way , saying you can’t see or read my order is nonsense because I’m pretty sure you have to read the screen when you input an order. The service was quick I would say but the customer service was wack. You’re not just selling a product you are also selling an experience. I might as well make my own coffee at my house if the service is like this.

When I entered the Starbucks, I was greeted and placed my order. I got a cold brew with cream and caramel syrup. It was made well. The service was quick even though they were busy. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star was because the store was not very clean.
