Stopping by the drive thru late at night can be hit or miss, but this visit was a great surprise. Michael was warm, humorous, and genuinely uplifting after a long day. His positive attitude made the experience memorable, and I truly appreciated the kindness. Excellent service that deserves recognition.

It was late and the workers were doing their best, but here’s the story. I waited no joke 50 minutes in line with 5 cars ahead of me, only to receive 2/5 items I ordered. I thought I was getting pranked it was such a crazy wait. I arrived 40 minutes prior to closing and ended up there nearly 15 minutes past.

No fault of the worker delivering us food in the parking lot, he was very chill and as efficient as he could be, but we placed our order at 1:45 and was one of the first cars there when the line started to get backed up. We sat and waited 25 min for our food and it wasnt correct. They need to fix their system for the drive thru after 1am. Bottom line.

This was my 3rd time coming to this drive thru. I wish I that I would’ve went to a different one. All three times the staff forgot to add the correct items for each meal I ordered. And fair warning do not make any substitutions or modifications to your meal as they wouldn’t be honored. Overall terrible experience each time, will not return.

I ordered Taco Bell through an app. It came hot and delicious. Although I did order no tomatoes or lettece on my food, I still had tomatoes on my Mexican Pizza, which I gave to my kids and did not get a picture of beforehand. The food was very good and we were all still full and satisfied with it all.

OMG, talk about a #BeefyFail! My daughter and I hit the drive-thru today, and that 5-layer burrito was anything BUT beefy. Seriously, where’s the beef? The tortilla was sad and not warm at all, very white. The tortilla was still cold. I had to set on my skillet at home to warm it up and get some color to it. We were disappointed. The taco supreme meal I got barely had any filling. Not much beef at all. It’s so disappointing. I asked for “hot” sauce and got all mild. the lady at drive thru was nice and all. She asked me to drive around and wait for the order in the parking lot to come home to a #TacoBellFail #yoNoQuieroTacoBell

Got 2 soft shell tacos, completely plain with just meat and cheese, due to whatever lettuce they use having a very poor taste. Both had lettuce. Very light, though, similar to how much meat and cheese they put in the tortillas, which was also no more than a teaspoon of either. Staff was fine, but essentially got scammed over 5 dollars. Paid more for air. Kinda sucks.
Edit: Was ordered late at night, which corroborates other reviews here that the night staff are either high turnover and not hardly trained if at all, or are hilariously incompetent.

This women just walking in to work, at the door Im here for work and I had the option not to bring my vehicle to this state went at almost 11 asked her if I could order something through the drive through she was like no they won’t let you… is the closest open thing near by open at 11 what a way to handle business if you ask me, I’m just hungry.

I must say I am already partial to Mexican food as it is, however most fast food restaurants would not qualify as Mexican food. Taco Bell is one of the few that I would consider. They have great food great prices most of the time great service. This particular location however, could certainly work on theirs! But the watermelon freeze is worth coming back for if nothing else!
