They have a nice play area for kiddos, and the place is fairly clean. The service is usually quite fast and they bring the food to your table, unless they are too busy. The food is always consistent too and fresh (for McDonald’s standards).

Horrible service by the Manager Judy today, December 6th, 2025 at 7pm. I made my order online, which showed that I had paid. Something happened with their system, and it didn’t show up, but on my phone, I had proof that I paid. She told me she was giving me my order “for free,” which I had already paid for. After that, when they were giving me my food, she told the girl to give me everything so I could leave. Horrible service, especially since this is my go-to McDonald’s. This can’t happen again when the error is on your end, not mine.

I ordered my breakfast order online and 10:59am. Headed to get my order and the drive thru worker Isabella wouldn’t give me my order. I ask for the manager, Judy appeared and very rudely says she cant make the order because it’s after 11am and they throw everything out. This is absurd and I couldn’t even get a refund. Horrible customer service and they both should be fired.

Ordered the new grinch meal in the drive-thru, asked and paid for it to be large.. The wonderful Colombian lady at the second window proceeded to hand me a medium meal, and had the nastiest attitude and argued with me after I brought up the fact I paid for it to be large.

My girlfriend and I ordered from the app to this location around 10:30 PM last night and the sign said they closed at 12. There were 3 cars in the parking lot and we saw someone from the drive thru window inside and we honked the horn to get his attention but he blatantly disregarded us and we canceled our order. If I could, I would give this McDonald’s 0 stars. Never ordering from here again. There are 2 others McDonald’s in Weston and I’ll drive the extra distance just to go there than here

20 mins for a few nuggets in an empty Restuarant? We didn’t get Szechuan sauce like I ordered or at least a we ran out what kind do you want? Only got one of 2 bottles of water for our kids meals. I understand they are understaffed but when there are few customers what’s the excuse for poor performance? PQP! I’ll just go to a different McDonald’s, since this one is not great.

Tried to place my order thought the self check out and it didn’t work, I kindly asked the manager on duty “Elizabeth” to help me and she said she couldn’t. At the same time, somebody at the drive thru was asking about their order and she cursed right in front of them. Definelty not manager material if you ask me.

I ordered a quarter pounder, it was extremely greasy, I’m not talking about some normal amount of grease expected from a fast food place, this thing looked like the entire thing was dipped in oil. Also on the same sandwich, there was a long long, piece of hair.
