Okay? First of all, I have no idea how this location has less than 4 stars. I heard there may be a new owner, which then explains it. Because l just cant fathom how one would give this Smashburger. Anything less than 4 stars. Listen, my significant other and i8 the colorado (#1) and kenai smashburger yesterday and I jokingly said let’s get smashburger again tomorrow

I’m actually driving home eating Waffle, sweet potato fries, smash fries, and brussell sprouts. I wanted their mac and cheese.But since it was the end of the night, I think they sold out what that mac and cheese is to die for…i mean, i’m using. speech to text. To write this review. Because I’m just so blown away , i have to give them an immediate review..if i could I would give this location 6 stars!!!

We enjoy consuming the food that comes out of this restaurant. That’s where the enjoyment ends. As I type this I am standing in this location. When we arrived we were told it would be 15-20 min. We’re sitting at 42 min currently. There’s Doordash drivers coming and going without delay. We arrived and there was a couple people in front of us waiting after 20 min I asked how long and they said we were number 14 in line. This place is managed by a group of 9 year olds I think. It’s a weekday during the slow time of the year. So let’s recap, slow time of year, weekday, 45 min and still haven’t gotten a burger. They have workers standing everywhere and every customer that comes in leaves when they’re told its a 45 min wait. Haha it’s crazy. If only we can figure out how to make burgers in a short period of time!?!?

Very disappointed, with the spicy chicken it was super salty we were visiting from a remote town and we only get fast food once in awhile this sucks to have this happen. I see in there reviews its a common occurrence. My 12 year old tried to choke it down.

I am writing this review for two of the BEST workers in this establishment: Terry & Tia. I am a dasher and they both were working very hard and doing their best at getting together the orders that were in-house as well as their online orders. Terry had excellent communication with me. I really enjoyed both Terry and Tia’s hardwork as well as their Teamwork. Not sure who the strawberry blonde girl was, but every time I was in to pick-up an order, she seems lazy. Always on here. Not washing her hands after taking off her gloves. Stays by the ice cream machine. Doesn’t help any other staff members disperse food. Its very unprofessional. She needs to step up and learn to wash her hands every time she takes her gloves off and after she touches her phone. Her phone should be a last resort when the establishment is super busy with both orders. Its very sad that that Management has an employee like her working. She’d be wrote up and let go if it I was managing the place. Other than that, I hope management congrats Terry & Tia. 02/17/25

Absolutely amazing food! The workers where the nicest and and went above and beyond so that my order was perfect! Will definitely be going back, I had the Cheesy Mac Smash and it did not disappoint! Super cheesy, gooey warm mac on top of a burger, I mean, yes, please!

It’s a good burger here. The fries i got were soaking wet in grease but they tasted decent and everything was hot and freshly cooked. I also was getting chirped up by the screens saying that thursdays are 1$ tots; however this location doesn’t provide that. Staff was good too. overall i definitely recommend.

Trash. We order at least twice a week. And between 2 adults and 5 kids, that’s a lot of food and a lot of money we spend. Mother’s Day dinner was what was requested. It came burnt and missing key ingredients. I then posted on their Facebook about it (photo included) and they said to message them. Jokes on me – their messages are turned off. I even said that and it’s been crickets. Do better. We will take our business elsewhere and let everyone else know about this.

Ordered protein style, on lettuce no bun, they decided instead of wrapping my burger to just toss all the ingredients in a box and called it good. I don’t understand in what world ordering a lettuce wrap instead of a bun means throw it in a cardboard box and call it good. This is insane. My burger lettuce tomato onions all thrown in there with barely any care. Never coming back and I would recommend staying away.

Pretty disgusting place. Decent food, but tough to get over seeing the guy making your food eating fries and drinking while cooking. Floor was dirty with bits of food, napkins and other trash, trash cans overfilling. Ordered no cheese on burger, got cheese of course. I always wanna give this place a chance and go once a year and always end up leaving totally underwhelmed. I’m sure in this day and age it’s tough to get decent employees, but for 1/2 the price might as well go to Wendy’s. Food is about the same always.
