My husband and I came in yesterday during the morning hours. The service was quick and super friendly. We both ordered the country fried steak and he upgraded his pancakes to the red velvet pancakes. Everything was really delicious. The country steak was flavorful and very tender. Good portions as well and very reasonable prices. I am glad we came in. Not many good breakfast places left around. My only complaint would be, the booths are a bit small and cramped, so next time we’ll probably just get a table. But overall great experience. It was on “point”

Honestly I was really excited to try this place as so many people seem to hype it up but in the end it was… not great. The food looked amazing when it came out, but everything was bland or cold. My hot chocolate tasted like a 1/4 packet of Swiss miss mixed with water. My sausage patties were cold. When I cut into the egg whites of my over easy eggs they released water or undercooked clear/white egg. My boyfriend got biscuits and gravy and said even those were bland. Oh, and my toast was also already cold. Then, on the way out the cashier almost didn’t give us $10 of our change after being asked to break a $50 bill.

I have been coming here for years and am never, ever disappointed. My family stopped in today after a rather challenging morning looking for comfort in some coffee and a hot breakfast. Dawn H was our server and we could not have asked for better! Immediately she brought us a fresh pot of coffee with a warm smile. She was a delight, very friendly and you can tell she knows her stuff. The food was amazing per usual! The hash browns were perfectly golden and crispy. Dawn made our experience just that much better. Will be back soon 🙂

They accommodated 8 of us comfortably. The service was on point (pun intended). The waitress was kind enough to point (pun not intended) out on each of our separate checks that gratuity was included. The food was excellent. Recommend the chicken orzo soup. Highly recommend and I’ll be headed back.
Another thing, there was an older woman with a service dog. They brought the dog water. I loved that nice touch.

Excellent food, excellent customer service. We ordered several different things from omelettes to skittles to pancakes, we were not disappointed with anything.
Our waitress was very, very nice and helpful.

As an out of country guest, I have been a patron with every visit to this great part of the country.
The quality and flavour of all the offerings, together with the fantastic service throughout, and the family atmosphere makes this a gem deserving of all the accolades.
Freshly squeezed orange juice, skillets, benedicts, omelettes, sandwiches, waffles, Greek yogurt, and of course the namesake pancakes!
The list goes on and on!

A very pleasant and clean place. Tables were farther apart than most places of this size, so it felt airy and roomy. Good coffee, and the prices were reasonable – a couple dollars less per plate than what I have been paying at other breakfast diners. Had some senior specials that were good.
