Shout out to the GREATEST…. Jade was an amazing cashier. She literally is the definition of GREAT customer service. The chicken was moist the portions were fantastic. I appreciate how attentive Emily was when asking me about my sides. I will comeback again because Jade made me feel at home, Emily did not skimp on the portions. Sardi’s never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Their Peruvian chicken is incredibly juicy with that signature smoky flavor that keeps me coming back every time.
The sides are just as amazing — the rice is perfectly cooked, the plantains are sweet and delicious, and the sauces take everything to another level.
The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the service is always friendly and quick. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, the quality is always consistent, and you can tell they truly care about what they serve.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Michelle, the assistant manager. She is always professional, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the people who walk through the door.
If you’re craving authentic Peruvian-style chicken packed with flavor, Sardi’s Pollo a la Brasa is definitely the place to go. Easily one of my favorite spots for a satisfying meal!

When one customer took a little extra time to reconfirm his order, the team handled it with such patience and even apologized for the wait — though it really wasn’t necessary. While the cashier assisted me with cashing out, everything felt smooth and friendly. What really stood out was how thoughtful the cleaner lady was — she personally brought my ceviche out to the patio when I nearly forgot about it.
It’s rare to see this level of teamwork and genuine care in service. Everyone I encountered was polite, attentive, and eager to make sure I felt welcome and well taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back — not just for the delicious fresh Peruvian’s chicken, but also for the outstanding hospitality.

I placed an order by phone on Saturday September 6 2025 at 9:15 PM for two meals: lamb chops with black beans and Brussels sprouts, and salmon with white rice and black beans. When I arrived at 9:20 PM, the restaurant door was locked even though closing time was not until 10:00 PM. After calling, the staff let me in, acting confused about why the doors were locked.
I paid for my order at 9:28 PM, but every customer who came in after me received their food first while I was still waiting. When I asked about my order, I was told my salmon had been given to someone else and they were remaking it. By then it was already 9:58 PM, and the staff was breaking down the food line for closing even though I still had no food.
In the restaurant business you should not be breaking anything down before closing. You should be serving fresh food and giving full service all the way up until the time of closing. No exceptions.
Throughout the wait, I was offered a free drink and even half a chicken as a substitute, but I declined since I just wanted the meals I ordered. The manager Norina apologized multiple times, and the staff also told me the kitchen staff do not speak English and do not understand anything. I found that comment unprofessional and inappropriate to share with a customer.
At 10:05 PM, I was asked if I would accept plantains instead of rice (again, I said no). Finally, at 10:12 PM nearly an hour after I paid, I walked out with my order. Unfortunately, the food was terrible: the salmon was dry, the rice and Brussels sprouts tasted old and burnt, and the lamb chops were clearly reheated and not fresh.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The service was disorganized, the communication was unprofessional, and the food was inedible. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

Michelle the manager earned the 5 stars for service!! She took over the phone conversation when the employee I was talking to couldn’t answer my question. She took over and handled my order with care, attention to detail and speed. I love the way she got in there and got it done! All in time for us to get to my Grandmother’s nursing home for our 1pm family celebration!!

Stopped at Sardis in Bowie for a last minute lunch with a friend and was blown away by the amazing service they provided here. Been to plenty of Sardis over the years, hardly ever dine in but was very happy we did today. Very knowledgeable & attentive crew. Michelle, Isaac & Daylee were some of the names I was able to get but great team overall. Keep up the good work. We will definitely be back.

Sardi’s is my go-to restaurant in Bowie Town Center! The service is always friendly and welcoming and the food is consistently delicious. I enjoy every meal I’ve had there, but their “Spicy Vinagretta” dressing truly takes everything to the next level — it complements the food perfectly. I seriously need that recipe! They should bottle it up and sell it in grocery stores because it’s that good.
