New getting wrong items. Incorrect orders placed. And a young man told me “McCafé drinks are in smaller cups.” Only problem is I did not order a McCafé drink. I ordered a frozen soda. I had already spent way too much time at the location, where I was also misled about a deal where if you do a survey you ““ get a free burger. But you still have to actually purchase a burger in order to get that free one. So I’m basically getting two burgers at half home. Not really much of a deal to me. My main issue is that these slushy’s are kind of expensive, and I didn’t have time to argue with the young man about getting the correct size. Some of us are on break and don’t have all day to wait at McDonald’s. It does say medium on the frozen sizes or whatever on the picture. But I don’t understand why you guys need to downsize, frozen sodas. The company is already making enough offer the over inflated prices on the food.

I went inside, placed my order and was thinking about eating inside. I looked at the chairs. They are so short. There was a table with higher chairs under an a/c vent. It was so cold in there i decided to eat in my car. When you are tall and have bad knees, the chairs are 2 feet off the floor that makes it very difficult to stand up. It seems like this place is for short or hot people. I won’t waste my time inside again!

when i got to the window to pay for my order the girl didn’t even look at me or even make eye contact and after she heard the card reader she pulled it back in and slammed the window in my face! i got to the next window and asked for her name and was told it was kylia or something. she was a back teenager with her hair in a bun/ponytail. i’m going to call corporate and complain about this young lady because this isn’t the first time and it’s super disrespectful! don’t work in customer service if you can’t be nice. i never had any problems with any other worker here the 4 years i’ve been coming, unbelievable!

Got 3 Happy Meals for the kids. They forgot the extra fries in 2 of them. The staff was very pleasant and corrected it right away.
After we pulled off, I realized they forgot the lettuce on my sandwich. By then, I didn’t bother going back.

I had asked nicely for one more sweet-and-sour sauce and she rudely said that there’s two in there and shut the window I think that’s unacceptable. If you can’t work with people, you shouldn’t be working with people then I walked inside and asked for some sauce and they gave it to me and I asked if I can speak to her and I said it wasn’t that hard was it And then she tried to act all calm saying that she said that there were some in the bag, but I said I wanted one extra one She could’ve said that they cost extra but no, she shut the window. I think that’s unacceptable. And very unprofessional I won’t be coming here again

Best McDonald’s I’ve had around the Island. The staff are very nice. There was a worker named Lynn, she did a great job at her job!!! She deserves a promotion!!!!!

This McDonald’s has the hardest time with basic things. All I ordered was a PLAIN hamburger and fries, and we had to pull into the parking lot. I’m not sure if it’s there’s a constant B team working there or what.

I utilize online McD’s app ordering and pick up at the drive -thru. Quick and easy. Mostly error free. This chicken on a muffin with cheese is the bomb! Beats all others hands down. The staff is pretty friendly and accommodating.

Management needs to do something about the MIHS teenagers walking all through out the property between 3-4. They walk in front of cars, with absolutely no regard for the customers trying to go through the drive through or park in curbside. Completely unacceptable.

Every time I come here, I have to wait in one of the Side parking lot. They always screw up the order and if you tell them no cheese on the hamburgers, they can’t understand it. They still put cheese on it.
